The Senate Conservatives Fund says that it is time for House Speaker John Boehner to go and they will keep track of the GOP lawmakers that support their effort to oust him from his leadership post. The group, which is targeting several incumbent Republicans in primary races this year, said Mr. Boehner, Ohio Republican, has sold out small government principles on too many occasions and the last straw came this week when….con’t here

“Choose Life” license plates found unconstitutional.
A federal appeals court upheld a 2012 ruling that North Carolina’s “Choose life” license plates are unconstitutional. Choosing life is no longer the American way. WRAL reoirted:
A federal appeals court on Tuesday upheld a 2012 court ruling that North Carolina’s decision to issue special anti-abortion license plates is unconstitutional because the state doesn’t offer similar plates supporting abortion rights.
In a unanimous ruling, a three-judge panel of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that the proposed “Choose Life” plates represent “blatant viewpoint discrimination squarely at odds with the First Amendment.”
The decision upholds a December 2012 ruling by U.S. District Judge James Fox in Raleigh, which came 13 months after he blocked the state from issuing the plates while a lawsuit by the American Civil Liberties Union was pending.
North Carolina lawmakers authorized the “Choose Life” plate in 2011, with a portion of the proceeds from sales of the plates earmarked for a nonprofit that supports crisis pregnancy centers. The law prohibited money from the plates from going to any group that promoted abortion.
Rand Paul’s political action committee just announced that the Kentucky senator is suing President Obama.
Paul will file his lawsuit on Wednesday morning at the U.S. District Court in D.C., joined by former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli and FreedomWorks president Matt Kibbe.
The class-action lawsuit will be filed against Obama, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Director of the National Security Agency Keith Alexander and FBI Director James Comey.
So what are they trying to hide?
Judicial Watch announced Monday that it received documents through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit showing that Admiral William McRaven ordered the immediate destruction of any photos of Osama bin Laden’s death within hours of a Judicial Watch FOIA request.
According to the Pentagon documents, McRaven sent his email on “Friday, May 13, 2011 5:09 PM.” The documents do not detail what documents, if any, were destroyed in response to the McRaven directive. The Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit seeking the documents was filed in the United States Court for the District of Columbia only hours earlier. Judicial Watch also announced the filing at a morning press conference. […]
The move by McRaven to purge the photos appears to have come, at least in part, in response to aggressive efforts by Judicial Watch to obtain images of the deceased bin Laden that President Obama, in a rewrite of federal open records law, had refused to disclose. In addition to its May 2, 2011, FOIA request with the Pentagon Judicial Watch filed an identical request on May 3, 2011, with the CIA. When neither the Defense Department nor the CIA complied with the FOIA requests, Judicial Watch, in June 2011, filed FOIA lawsuits against both agencies. In the course of the litigation, the Pentagon claimed that it had “no records responsive to plaintiff’s request.”

As I watched the video below by Brig. Gen. Steve Ritchie discuss the Rescue of Roger Locher.
Major Roger Locher (pronounced Locker)
I thought look what our country would do to save a downed pilot during that era and how the current administration let woefully by Barack Hussein Obama and then, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
On his rescue and return to U.S. base in Thailand.
Both should be tried for sedition or treason, they are useless air breathers.
Those two gutless wonders could not be troubled to rescue our people being killed in Benghazi, but the had the time to give numerous people attempting a rescue to stand down.
Refusing to do so, a number of flag officers lost their commands and careers.
A list of seven of them and all the background details are found here
On July 29, 2013, the Department of the Army in a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Solicitation Number W15QKN13T8513, asked the General Services Administration to procure “592,825 (approx) AK Rifle Magazines: 7.62x39mm Caliber, New Production, Steel, 30 Round Capacity”. That many magazines would require 17.8 million rounds just fill each magazine once. What nation or even what moderate Syrian rebel group needs that kind of firepower? That request is far beyond what is needed by any nation that issues AK’s to its soldiers except Russia and China. Of course, the US armed forces do not use AK rifles as standard issue.
US armed forces stationed in Jordan are currently supplying Syrian rebels with small arms, like the AK. However, could this Administration be planning to supply over half a million AK magazines to the moderate rebels, most of which will probably end up in the hands of the al-Qaeda or even the Assad regime? No. Realistically only 50,000 magazines would end up being delivered to “our” rebels in an entire year.
