Use the Constitution- have him charged and arrested for certain crimes- and go from there. THEN go after the others. If that doesn’t work, or no-one is willing to do it- and Im sorry to say this- we use the Constitution to remove an Oppressive Government and replace it- which will probably mean Civil War- which is what he wants and is expecting. Why else would a town of 5,000 people in Idaho get an Armored Vehicle?
