Obama Eligibility Challenge Reaches United States Supreme Court

REPEATING A LIE “DOESN’T MAKE IT TRUTHFUL”

A petition for certiorari regarding Barack Hussein Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president and commander-in-chief arrived at the U.S. Supreme Court and was docketed as of January 23, 2014 after a long and circuitous routing through the New York State courts.

Obama’s eligibility has been questioned since late 2007, when commentator Chris Matthews stated on air that Obama was “born in Indonesia,” followed by a similar report in a Hawaii newspaper.  Various reports in African newspapers dating back to before Obama’s first presidential election in 2008 stated that Obama was born in Kenya.  His own biographer concurred until April 2007, when the official narrative changed to say that Obama was born in Hawaii.
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president and commander-in-chief to be a “natural born Citizen.”
Compounding doubt as to whether or not Obama meets the constitutional criteria, he claims that his father was a citizen of Kenya and later, Great Britain, following Kenyan independence in 1963.  Research into the intent of the “natural born Citizen” clause has shown that the citizenship of the parents, and not the birthplace, was actually paramount in determining a child’s citizenship and allegiance.  In the modern era, however, the term has been eviscerated such that most Americans interpret it to mean a simple birth on U.S. soil without regard to the parents’ citizenship.

Obama is Making Plans for the Former United States

The “former” United States and Obama all in one title? What is going on here? Have we seen something very few others have seen? Have we found something others have over looked? Have we discovered the real plan of Obama’s ideology based upon his “radical” ideas? Have we asked the question thousands of other so-called reporters have just refused to ask or even consider? What do we mean here? How can we make such a statement about the President? How could we even state, “former” United States?  Follow this article and the following article closely, and at the end we will show you Obama’s plans as they have been laid out for him and all Socialists, Marxists and Communists that wish to ruin the United States once and for all.

 

We can make this claim for several reasons; some based upon an individual, an individual who Obama studied and not just Karl Marx. Let us begin this by showing what Obama’s plan is.  We’ll also show what and how this compares to certain individuals that Obama studied, following their ideologies that are designed to undermine both the United States and our Constitution; the law of the land.

See if the following ideas apply to what Obama is now doing. It should become evident after reading the very first rule below.

Dinesh D’Souza was Right about Obama

Dinesh D’Souza, the political commentator, author and movie-maker came under fire four years ago when he wrote a column for Forbes Magazine, “How Obama Thinks” that speculated President Obama saw the world as split in two: those nations who colonized and oppressed and the victim nations and people who were colonized and were the oppressed.

 D’Souza expanded on this theme in his blockbuster documentary 2016: Obama’s America that — despite or maybe because of — its being a huge hit was snubbed by the Academy Awards. However it did win D’Souza a federal indictment for behavior that, if proven, earned merely a misdemeanor charge when a donor to John Edwards engaged in the same alleged fundraising violation.
