“Studied” Censorship
Family Security Matters
Stealth treason by usurping the Constitution. Stealth surrender to Iran. Stealth indoctrination of children in schools. Stealth fascism. Stealth amnesty. Stealth wealth distribution. Stealth health care.
Stealth censorship. It’s all of a piece in the name of domestic tranquility. Its feasibility must be “studied.” The nation must be made “safe” from provocative words. If that means shutting up anyone who offends with his words, and preventing projected or hypothetical or imaginary violence, so be it.
It won’t be called “censorship.” It will be called the enforcement of “responsible speech.” “Irresponsible” speech must be codified into the criminal law and punished.

OK, for all those people out there who think there can be religious neutrality, I’m just making it clear, there cannot be such a thing (It’s called the myth of neutrality). Everyone falls under some religious ideology, whether it be Christianity, Islam, secular humanism or even atheism (and yes it is a religious ideology). With that said, there is a petition posted at the WhiteHouse.gov site calling for recognizing Muslim holidays during the school year by the government education system.
According to the petition:
With the growing population of Muslims in the United States of America (including first, second, third, and fourth generation) we believe it is high time that Muslim holidays are recognized by schools throughout this nation. Unfortunately many Muslim families are forced to choose between their children’s education and their religious obligations. Muslim school children and staff deserve the same benefits afforded to the followers of other faiths. We call on President Obama to support this petition and advance the inclusiveness of our great nation.
I have given warning about what Islamists do as they grow in number before. I have also reported that, unlike many so-called Christians in America, these people will force their ideology on the culture, not integrate into it. Their goal is one of world dominance.

The Saudis can skip the TSA security checkpoints
The Obama administration has quietly rewarded the Middle Eastern country that produced most of the 9/11 hijackers with a special travel privilege that allows its nationals to bypass normal passport security controls at major U.S. airports.
Only a handful of U.S. allies—including Canada, Mexico, South Korea and the Netherlands—currently enjoy the perk while other American partners like Germany and France are still excluded. Incredibly, the Obama administration has cut a deal with Saudi Arabia, which produced 15 of the 19 hijackers in the 2001 terrorist attacks, to enjoy the privilege under a program called Global Entry.
It’s not the kind of story you’ll see in the mainstream media, but a research center dedicated to investigating radical Islamic terrorist groups, their operations and funding, brought much-needed attention to it this week. Citing Homeland Security sources, the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) reveals that it will mark the first time that the Saudi government has a direct role in vetting who is eligible for fast-tracked entry into the United States.
This is a “slap in the face,” according to IPT, which posts a number of in-depth reports on its website on topics ranging from American jihadist terrorism to the influence of Islamic law on law enforcement and the Muslim Brotherhood. Among the investigations that relate to this particular issue is a 2011 report documenting how textbooks long used in Saudi Arabia’s schools promote religious violence. Keep in mind that most of the 9/11 terrorist and Osama bin Laden himself were born and educated in Saudi Arabia.
It’s downright outrageous that the Obama administration is now making it easier for Saudis to enter the United States. Consider that just three years ago the U.S. government actually placed Saudi Arabia on a list of 14 countries whose travelers would face enhanced security when entering the country. Why? Because a Saudi national named Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab tried to blow up a Detroit-bound U.S. commercial airliner on Christmas Day in 2009.
Around the same time Judicial Watch reported that a Saudi Arabian “rehabilitation” program that supposedly reforms terrorists jailed at Guantanamo Bay has instead served as a training camp for future jihadists. Regardless, the Obama administration supports the program and has sent a number of Guantanamo detainees its way even though many have rejoined terrorist missions that target Americans.

Under Hope & Change, Misery Index Climbs
We all know the official economic numbers are a fraud, but just how bad is the real situation? According to an influential Wall Street advisor, extremely bad:
In a memo to clients provided to Secrets, David John Marotta calculates the actual unemployment rate of those not working at a sky-high 37.2 percent, not the 6.7 percent advertised by the Fed, and the Misery Index at over 14, not the 8 claimed by the government.
Unemployment + inflation = the Misery Index. Put smiley-faced lies into the equation, a smiley-faced lie comes out. According to Marotta:
“Unemployment in its truest definition, meaning the portion of people who do not have any job, is 37.2 percent.”
The reason the official unemployment rate has declined despite Obama still being in office, as Marotta and colleague Megan Russell explain, is that
“officially-reported unemployment numbers decrease when enough time passes to discourage the unemployed from looking for work. A decrease is not necessarily beneficial; an increase is clearly detrimental.”
As for inflation, the government underreports it “by about 3%.”
According to official numbers, the current Misery Index is 7.54. But we no longer have the sort of government that produces reliable numbers. Using a more honest inflation rate of 4.5% and an unemployment rate of 10.2% (which includes discouraged workers who aren’t actively seeking a job, but not everybody who isn’t working) yields a Misery Index of 14.7, “worse even than during the Ford Administration.”
Worse still is the Youth Misery Index, which tracks how well voting for Obama is working out for young people. The YMI is
calculated by adding youth unemployment and average college loan debt figures with each person’s share of the national debt. While it has steadily grown over the decades, under Obama the figure has shot up dramatically, from 83.5 in 2009 to 98.6 in 2013.
The index has increased by 18.1 percent since Obama took office, the highest increase under any president, making Obama the worst president for youth economic opportunity, according to the nonprofit that released the figure.
“Young people are suffering under this economy,” said Ashley Pratte, program officer for Young America’s Foundation, which developed the index and calculates it annually using federal statistics.
Look at the bright side, young people. It could be worse. They could calculate the YMI using real numbers instead of government stats. Then you would really be hurting.
