• Newly declassified testimonies about what happened among Pentagon officials the night of the Benghazi attack on September 11, 2012 have been obtained by Fox News.
• The documents show the U.S. military found out about 15 minutes after the attack – which killed four Americans – that it was an act of terror and communicated that to the Obama administration.
• However the government – including Obama and then-U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, who were in the throes of the 2012 US Presidential election – maintained for two weeks afterward the attack started as a protest against an anti-Islamic film and turned violent.

It sickens me to hear how anyone can defend Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton when the topic of Benghazi is brought up!

I am constantly amazed by young people who have drunken so deeply of the kool-aid offered by the left-wing. They actually believe the propaganda and lies used by Marxists. It’s really quite sad to see so many that have been so completely bamboozled, no wonder we think our educational system is in the proverbial outhouse.

Barack Obama wrote in The Audacity of Hope, “I have to side with Justice Breyer’s view of the Constitution — that it is not a static but rather a living document, and must be read in the context of an ever-changing world.”

Kevin Gutzman, author of The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution, has said, those who would offer us a “living” Constitution are actually giving us a dead one, since such a thing is completely unable to protect us against the encroachments of government power, for example, the misuse of executive orders.

As conservative radio host Mark Levin noted, Obama’s announcement that he will assume lawmaking powers via executive orders violates the separation of powers clauses of the Constitution.

Yet no objection is raised by the majority Republicans in the House of Representatives, whose power Obama usurps.
