Report: Former Gitmo Detainee Was On The Ground In Benghazi During Terror Attack…

Nothing infuriates me more than reading about jihadists who we released returning to the battlefield. Why bother capturing them in the first place if we’re going to cut them loose?

A former Guantanamo Bay detainee with Al Qaeda ties was in Benghazi the night of the Sept. 11 attack, according to a source on the ground in Libya.
The source told Fox News that ex-detainee Sufian bin Qumu, who is suspected of running camps in eastern Libya where some of the assailants trained, is also a “respected member” of Ansar al-Sharia — one of the Islamist groups identified in State Department email traffic two hours after the attack.
Two sources familiar with the investigation, when asked about bin Qumu’s whereabouts the night of the attack, did not dispute the claim he was in Benghazi.
While it is not clear whether bin Qumu was directing the assault, his security file from Guantanamo may be revealing. While in Afghanistan in 1998, alongside Usama bin Laden, the Libyan national “communicated with likely extremist elements via radio during this period indicating a position of leadership,” the file shows.
Fox News’ ongoing reporting on the attack has shown that at least four key Benghazi suspects have ties to the Al Qaeda senior leadership in Pakistan. They include bin Qumu and Muhammad Jamal, whose network is also suspected of training jihadists for the attack. Jamal was held, and later released by, Egyptian authorities. Earlier this month, the State Department’s terrorist designation for Jamal and his network cites letters he exchanged with Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri, where Jamal asked for money and explained the scope of his training camps, which included Libya and the Sinai.

We are supporting the pretext under which Christians are being murdered.”

We learned during the Rose Garden show that ObamaCare can speak 150 languages. Frankly, I did not know that there were 150 languages in the US or that many constituencies in the modern “identify politics” Democrat party.
We do know that “the Spanish version” is a mess, too, according to my friends at Babalu.
We also learned today that President Obama is always the last guy to know in this government.
Let’s add another one to the growing list of things that President Obama did not know:

Fast & Furious II
Rather than being imprisoned for his role in the Fast & Furious gunrunning outrage, Attorney General Eric Holder has been left in power. Consequently,
[P]olice believe explosives found at a murder scene in Mexico may have come from an American bomb-maker whom the U.S. attorney in Arizona refused to prosecute.
According to an internal U.S. Department of Justice memo, a “Kingery grenade” was among the 10 explosives found at the scene of a shootout between police and drug cartels in Guadalajara on Oct. 10 in which three officers were killed.
The “Kingery grenade” refers to those manufactured by Jean Baptiste Kingery, a California resident who made grenades in Mexico from parts sourced in the U.S. He also converted AK-47s from semi- to fully-automatic weapons.
ATF agents arrested Kingery in 2010, but the assistant U.S. attorney in Arizona at the time, Emory Hurley, referred to the grenades as harmless toys and told the ATF the case “lacked jury appeal,” according to the ATF supervisor in charge, Pete Forcelli.
And so…
Kingery continued making some 2,000 bombs for the cartels until Mexican federal police raided his Sonora factory in 2011. Such grenades have been used in cartel attacks in public streets, bars and nightclubs.
To track down the Obama Regime’s motives for facilitating this bloodshed, follow the liberal ideology that drives it.
[Darrell] Issa [R-CA], who is chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, believes Kingery was permitted to continue to build grenades and export weapons as a way to justify limiting weapons sales in the southwest.
“When you have the attorney general’s own offices being informed about a very dangerous person exporting hand grenades and converting AK-47s into machine guns and they let him continue as part of not, Fast and Furious, but a completely separate failure, I think what you see is an administration that I’m beginning to think really did want to let bad things happen in hopes they would get [an] assault weapons ban. The dots are being connected more and more to these kinds of actions.”
Enough dots should have been connected by now to remove not only Holder but Obama from office.
Obama Violates His Own Law Again – Delays Individual Mandate

In another move that violates his own signature healthcare law, Barack Obama announced on Wednesday a delay of the individual mandate deadline. Apparently this has to do with the pitiful excuse of the Healthcare.gov website and the mandate could be delayed by as much as six weeks.
The delay is to give “experts” time to fix the mess that is Healthcare.gov. One wonders if these are the same “experts” that created the mess in the first place at taxpayer expense, and one would also wonder if those “experts” are getting paid to fix what should have worked in the first place.
