There is an article from 2011 that is good to revisit and compare with what is happening today. The article appears on Israel Today and I’ll be quoting from it in this article.
We know that there has been much discussion about whether or not Mr. Obama is a Muslim or not. He has publicly stated that he is a Christian. Jesus said we will know them (Christians) by their fruits (Matthew 7:16). In other words, we are allowed to judge whether someone is truly a Christian by how they live and what they say. We are not allowed to judge a person’s motivations (since we cannot see those), but we can and should judge their actions.
A chicken in every pot? No, but a mosque in every city? Yep, that’s Obama’s America…
Based on this, is Obama a Christian? “Obama’s biological father was a Muslim — which makes the President a Muslim. His stepfather was an Indonesian Muslim who raised Obama as a Muslim in a mosque and madrassa (Islamic religious school) in Indonesia until age 11. His half brothers in Kenya are Muslims.”
Report: Boehner told group of House Republicans he’ll violate the Hastert Rule to raise the debt ceiling if necessary
Big news — unless, of course, it’s disinformation, which I doubt.
With attention shifting to potential consequences of not increasing the debt limit, one House Republican said Thursday that Speaker John A. Boehner had told colleagues in a meeting that he was determined to prevent a federal default and was willing to pass a measure through a combination of Republican and Democratic votes.
The lawmaker, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said Mr. Boehner had said he would be willing to violate the so-called Hastert Rule if necessary to pass a debt limit increase.
BREAKING: White House Ordering Hundreds of Privately Run, Privately Funded Parks to Close
It’s official. They are shutting all of us down ASAP. Marching orders straight from the White House.
Update: Mr. Meyer emails to add that not only is his business being forced to take losses for the closures, but in some cases the government is making him and the other park management companies buy the barricades that will be used to shut the parks. He says:
We are like prisoners of war who have to pay for our prison.

Mark Levin was fired up on today’s show when he warned President Obama not to lay a hand on our WWII vets warning a movement will ignite like he has never seen.

I want to say this loud and clear to the people on Capitol Hill who are listening, to this administration. You lay one damn hand on one of those World War II vets at that memorial and I’ll bring half a million people to that damn memorial! You got that?! I’m sitting here stewing thinking about this – playing these damn games? You’ll ignite a movement in this country like you’ve never seen before! The biker patriot army – veterans from all over the country, every single war and battle in this country, Republican, Democrat, Independent, whatever! I’ll be damned if one president, with his feet up on the desk in the oval office, with a smirk on his face, looking at his golf card…I’ll be damned if this president or anybody else is going to shut down that WWII memorial. Period! These men are in their 80s and 90s. So let me repeat! You lay one hand on one of those men and arrest them for going to their memorial, which they fought for, which was not paid by you dammit, it was paid by the American people – we will come out of every town and city in this nation! We will come out of every county. And both coasts! Both borders! And we will march on Washington against your tyranny!

As World War II veterans prepared to visit their memorial in Washington D.C. this week, the President of the United States issued an order indicating that the memorial was closed and access would be forbidden.
The government would cite staffing issues, because with the shutdown now in place, there would be no Rangers at the park.
However, as noted on the National Park Service website, the World War II Memorial in Washington D.C. never actually closes, even when there is no staff present.
It is time to VETO Obama
Here is the bottom line for some of you slow 50-yard line thinkers. The Progressive Democrats and establishment Republicans directly caused the Government shut down because they were not willing to negotiate with the House at all. The House was willing to talk delays with the Senate and Obama instead of only defunding but the negotiation door was slammed shut. No talk—no delay…all Obama’s way or nothing.
Obama and the progressives in the Senate continue their blame fest and disinformation campaign. Obama screams with his dictatorship tonsils that he will VETO all ‘piecemeal’ appropriation bills that the House is now putting together to keep Government essentials going. Notice that it is the House working on Sundays not the Senate to try and keep things going. It is the House putting together small and quick bills to fund national parks, National Institutes of Health and to pay the National Guard and military reserves.
In response, Obama promises to VETO every funding bill the House passes to him. All because the Narcissist n’ Chief isn’t getting his supreme way with ObamaCare. Obama and the Senate know ObamaCare is an unaffordable failure only causing harm to the nation. That is exactly what Obama intended to do—cause harm to our nation and force the desperate masses to his one payer system—the final control dragon.
The sad truth is that the Democrat progressives and Republican establishment in the Senate live in an UN Constitutional playground. According to our Constitution, 2 Senators from each state are to be representing the states wishes and desires, not their party or President’s wants. Instead of representing the people’s interests, the Senate is seemingly stuck on ‘happy hour stupid’ following only their progressive/Obama agenda.
Most states and most polls (dozens of them)—everything from Fox news to USA today and NBC news reveal essentially the same thing. Though the numbers are subtly different, they all point to the majority of Americans—all kinds of Americans—not in favor of ObamaCare. How is it then that the Senate doesn’t boldly represent their state’s wishes and fight this bill to the death? It shouldn’t matter at all where the Bill came from—Democrat or Republican. It is Unconstitutional, forces the people to buy Government approved insurance against their will, is unaffordable and compromises our nation’s health care. Any questions?
The Senate is only serving their ‘lord and savior’ Obama. Long ago most Democrats and some establishment Republicans transformed from elected political officials to Obama-owned whores.
We must continue massive pressure with faxes, emails and phone calls to the House and Senate. Don’t stop now! Keep demanding that our elected leaders in the House and Senate STOP OBAMACARE NOW.
