A Few Questions

A Few Questions

Well the government shutdown happened or at least part of the government. With that being said, I have a few questions.

1. Does this mean that the Mexican Drug Cartels will have to get their guns from someone else?

2. Does this mean that Obama can’t play golf?

3. Does this mean the IRS will have to stop targeting the Tea Party?

4. Is Obama going to try and blame this on George Bush?

These are just a few questions unlike the one Chris Matthews asked, whose going to feed the elephant at the National Zoo? C’mon Chris……….. that’s the best you got. How about asking if this means my tingle is going to stop?

OBAMACARE: Unions Secure Delay, Corporations Secure Delay – Why Not the American People?

T-Room

Here’s what I can’t figure out about the showdown in DC – how can anyone, let alone the feds, ask the consumer to sign up for these Obamacare exchanges without knowing what the costs are up front? Are the Dem’s actually expecting the People to just sign up and get the sticker shock later? Not even their base is that stupid. So, what’s with the “my way or the highway” juvenile position from the Senate?

United Nations Small Arms Trade Treaty Really Does Open the Door to a National Gun Registry

Freedom Outpost

There are several problems encountered when representatives of the United  States sign any (and I mean any) treaty with the United Nations. Treaties can  only be signed (and then ratified, or not) with other sovereign states (or  countries). This immediately exempts the UN because it is not a sovereign  state,  though it is treated as if it is one. The reality is that the UN is in  no way a  sovereign state at all. Pretending it is does not make it so, unless  you’re a  “progressive.”

Next, according to the Constitution, the Senate (and only the Senate) has the  ability to ratify a treaty that the US enters into with another (or group of)  sovereign state. Because Secretary of State John Kerry signed the document, it  will simply go to the Senate for ratification, instead of being rejected out of  hand since the UN is not a viable sovereign state.

Once the treaty arrives to the Senate, it could be ratified. If it is  ratified, then we move the more difficult part of the equation. What does this  mean for Americans? It could mean several things.

Does Obama Deserve A Death Sentence?

Fury-ous

20130919-015547.jpg

United States Constitution Article 3, Section 3 :
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

Talk about a “change” in America… California is currently trying to pass a strict gun ban on semi-automatic guns, the most restrictive ban to date. California is also issuing driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants. Al-Qaeda has been linked to some of the wildfires we’ve experienced lately, and they’re possibly targeting our water supplies. Those are just a few, current examples of Obama’s “change”. Don’t you feel sooo safe??? And yet DHS labeled us the domestic terrorists…

The “change” in America can be attributed to our electing a terrorist for president. That’s right, I said a TERRORIST! Do you realize that Obama wouldn’t even pass a background check for security clearance to be a janitor in the…

Why Are They Trying So Hard To Demonize Gun Owners?

guns

The Daily Sheeple

There is an all-out effort to demonize gun owners in the United States today.  Those that own guns are repeatedly portrayed as being uneducated, mentally deficient racists in the mainstream media.  No evidence is ever produced to actually back up those claims.  Gun owners regularly make lists of “potential terrorists” in official government documents, and many government officials openly regard them as ultra-paranoid “conspiracy nuts” that are a serious threat to national security.  Of course the truth is that gun owners are actually among the most law-abiding and patriotic people in the entire nation, but that doesn’t really fit with the radical gun control agenda of the progressive elite.  In order to move their agenda forward, they must make gun owners look bad, and they will go to ridiculous extremes in order to achieve that goal.  And to a certain extent, it is working.  As you will see below, some large financial companies no longer want to conduct business with gun owners, and just the sight of a gun is enough to get people freaking out and calling the police in many communities in America today.

Never underestimate the power of propaganda.  Just think about it – pretty much the only time that advocates for gun owner organizations are invited to appear on the mainstream media is when the big news organizations think that they can make them look bad.  Other than a few token appearances by pro-gun advocates, most of the time it is a relentless flood of anti-gun messages on the mainstream news.

Forget the Alamo — Dallas Preps for the Apocalypse

NoisyRoom.net Cross-Posted by Right Wing News

Hard to tell whether they fear vampires, demons, ghouls, zombies or more likely, roving bands of Tea Party patriots… This is whacked and alarming. Just what the hell, does the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department need with MRAPs? They must want to serve one hell of a warrant.

Fox News:

The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office traveled to Fort Hood this month to acquire its own bona fide military vehicle – the International MaxxPro MRAP tactical vehicle — courtesy of a Department of Defense surplus program.

According to The Dallas Observer, the sheriff’s office obtained the 19-ton, diesel-operated behemoth with bullet-proof doors and tires, designed by Navistar Defense.

“The MaxxPro MRAP is built to withstand ballistic arms fire, mine blasts, IEDs, and other emerging threats,” according to the Navistar website. “Its V-shaped hull helps deflect blasts out and away from the crew and its armoring can be customized to meet any mission requirement.”

The specific vehicle obtained by the Dallas sheriff’s office was never used overseas and claims only about 10,000 miles of use, but other similar vehicles were reportedly employed by the military in war zones, and specifically to withstand roadside IEDs, or improvised explosive devices.

The Observer writes the sheriff’s office will now use it to serve warrants on wanted men.

Does anyone, I mean anyone, see a problem with this militarization of our police forces? These are militarized vehicles… Meant to withstand IEDs, which I’m sure they expect to find in every pothole now. At least, that is how they are acting. Dallas is not alone of course. Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Ohio State University along with many others are also getting their ‘tactical defenses’ on. Tennessee tried to reassure everyone it was to protect them from armed gunmen. What? Militarized roaming gangs? Maybe al Shabaab and al Qaeda roaming the streets? Concerned American citizens would really like to know before their neighborhoods glow in the dark, if you know what I mean.

These guys are primary responders, but just what do they intent to respond to?
