Glenn Beck told his audience on Monday that the arrest of a Maryland father who was asking questions about Common Core is frightening evidence of the country moving further along the path that he says goes from “nudge,” to “shove,” to “shoot.”

For those unfamiliar with the terms, Beck explained that “it’s how every Marxist utopian dream begins.”

“You start simple, with just a little ‘nudge,’” he said.  “It’s Cash for Clunkers. It is trying to figure out a way to make energy prices ‘necessarily skyrocket,’ to nudge you into hybrids.”

But when that doesn’t work, the government starts to “shove,” Beck continued. “That’s when they use the IRS to shut down opposing voices. They use the NSA to monitor and track American citizens…Then they start using regulation and they start arresting people to scare everybody.”

If that also fails to produce the results the government seeks, Beck said, historically, they start to shoot, or send people to re-education or internment camps.

Time for everyone to point at Obama and laugh… again.

President Obama was caught on an open mic Monday admitting that he had quit smoking “because I’m scared of my wife.”

The president was speaking with Maina Kiai, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association, in a brief side conversation near open microphones Monday in New York City.

Obama told Kiai, a Harvard-trained lawyer who has lobbied for civil rights causes in Kenya, that he hoped “you’ve quit smoking.”

Kiai appears to admit he still indulged in the habit “sometimes,” and asked Obama if he snuck a cigarette as well.

“No, no,” Obama replies. “I haven’t had a cigarette in probably six years. That’s because I’m scared of my wife.”

Over the past few days, the world has been reminded of the dangers of  terrorism born from radical Islam. The first  attack happened at a busy shopping center in Nairobi, Kenya where a Somali  terror group with links to Al Qaeda killed at least 60 people and took many  more  hostage. At present, it seems that at least 5 and perhaps as many as 10 of  the  terrorists were  American citizens.

The second attack came in the form of twin  suicide bombings at an All Saints Church, which is a Christian church in  Peshawar, Pakistan. The terrorist group responsible for this is also Al Qaeda  linked with headquarters in Palestinian territory. This attack killed at least  120 people. The reason for the attack is said to be because of American drone  strikes in Pakistan.

These recent attacks only echo the mindset behind terrorist groups such as Al  Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, and all radical Islamic terrorist  organizations. 

This year alone we have witnessed the barbarism of an Al Qaeda rebel fighter  in Syria cutting the heart out of a government soldier and eating it. (WARNING:  The following videos are graphic in nature)

It is official now.  The Muslim Brotherhood has been outlawed and all its assets confiscated according to the AP.  Related funding and Muslim Brotherhood social groups are also being shut down.  This means throughout Egypt the military supported interim government is taking control of the Muslim Brotherhood’s entire money supply and buildings. They are destroying anything that keeps them going—period!
