According to a Memphis Tennessee school, God is bad, but an accused child molester is good. That’s the lesson to be learned from recent events at Lucy Elementary School in Memphis (via Drudge):

MEMPHIS (CBS CHARLOTTE) – A mother is angry after her daughter wasn’t allowed to write about God for a school assignment.

According to WREG, Erca Shead says her 10-year-old daughter Erin, a student at Lucy Elementary in Memphis, Tenn. was told she couldn’t use God as an idol and had to pick another idol for the assignment.

Who did the school accept as her idol? None other than accused child molester, Michael Jackson. Too bad she didn’t choose Twerky Cyrus.

What part of “freedom of expression” do progressives fail to grasp?

Also, doesn’t this literally force the child to violate one of the 10 commandments by making her place a false idol before God? No establishment violation there. At least not in the eye of the progressive beholder.

John Kerry Stonewalls: Refuses to Make Benghazi Survivors Available to Congress

While Congress debates and eventually votes on the possible military action  against Syria, it must also continue to deal with the unsolved and unresolved  terrorist attack on the American outpost in Benghazi, Libya.  It has been  previously reported that as many as 21 Americans were working in the CIA annex  near the outpost, and Congress  has been pushing to interview those survivors.  Previous  reports also indicated that the CIA was routinely  polygraphing its operatives in an effort to keep  secret any information surrounding the incidents on Sept. 11, 2012, in  Benghazi.

On Monday, Secretary of State John Kerry, informed Congress he “will not  honor the request to make Benghazi survivors available for questioning,”  according to CBS news reporter Sheryl Attkisson and reported by The  Blaze.

(Sep. 10, 2013) — At 9:20 p.m. EDT, radio host Andrea Shea King is berating military officers and members of Congress for not confronting Obama about his “malfeasance” while he has occupied the Oval Office.

However, an unconfirmed report on Tuesday states that five military generals have met with Obama and told him that he will be “arrested and charged with Treason for attempting to provide aid and comfort to our enemies, namely the al-Qaeda affiliate al-Nusra Front in Syria.”  Since late August, Obama has been pushing the international community and Congress to approve U.S. military action in Syria as a result of Syrian president Bashar al-Assad’s alleged use of chemical weapons which reportedly killed more than 1,400 people.
