Fort Hood Jihad Murderer Dishonorably Discharged, Gets To Keep $300,000 Salary Received Since Jihad Attack

Our tax dollars at work towards creeping sharia since there’s a good chance Nidal Hasan applies his salary money towards support of Jihadist groups and efforts.

Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan has been dishonorably discharged from the United States Army, according to military officials.

NBC 5 DFW Investigates spoke with Chris Haug, Chief of Media Relations at Fort Hood.

Haug said, according to the Senior Judge Advocate General at Fort Hood, Hasan is “no longer a military serviceman. He has no rank and is dishonorably discharged from the Army” following his court martial and sentencing for the mass shooting at Fort Hood in 2009.

Haug said going forward, Hasan will be called simply “inmate Nidal Hasan” at the United States Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas.

Haug detailed that it will technically take some time until the paperwork is signed removing Hasan from the Army’s ranks. But Haug said the order will eventually be signed and backdated to the date of conviction, effectively removing Hasan from the Army as of his conviction date.

A military panel also ordered that Hasan be stripped of his military pay. However that order will not take effect until place 14 days following his sentencing. Hasan will continue to receive his full military salary until Sept. 10.

Earlier this year, NBC 5 Investigates was the first to report that the Department of Defense showed Hasan had been paid about $300,000 after his arrest for the Nov. 5, 2009, shooting.

After the NBC 5 investigation aired, three U.S. Representatives have drafted legislation that would stop military payments to soldiers awaiting trial for major crimes. The money would be returned to the solider if they are acquitted but if they are found guilty the money would go to the victims.

The $300,000 in payments already made to Hasan are unlikely to be returned to the military. However, Army officials could consider launching a “line of duty” investigation to determine if Hasan is liable for the payments incurred for treatment of the injuries he sustained when police responding to the attack shot him. Victims of the attack are also pursuing a civil lawsuit against Hasan.

Fireworks: Man At McCain Town Hall Tells Him “I’d Have You Arrested For Treason”

On Friday, a man attending a town hall hosted by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) in Prescott confronted the senator and told him he should be arrested and charged with treason for supporting al Qaeda in Syria.

“We the people want you to be representative of the people and for this great nation, but for far too long now on the rest of Congress, including the executive branch of government, along with the judicial and legislative have turned your back on the American people and their core values and principles. I can say with great confidence and speak on behalf of all Americans that your actions against this country are treasonous. All of you — against the will of the American people — have aided and abetted the enemy,” said the town hall attendee.

“You and the rest of Congress, including the president of the United States have went against the will your people in Syria regardless of your position and vote, whether it is a yes or no is still a political smokescreen,” the town hall attendee said to an irritated McCain. “I believe wholeheartedly you do not care about the will and well-being of America or its people. You lied the American people about the chemical attacks in Syria. The American people know that it was our government that is most likely responsible. There is strong evidence, including video, that these attacks were carried out by al Qaeda and you advocate starting a war, even maybe World War, by taking the same attack and blaming it on Assad.”

Obama’s Brother, Malik Obama, Wanted On Egypt’s Terror Watch List For Muslim Brotherhood Leaders

Egyptian military forces are clearly attempting to address the Muslim Brotherhood problem. Recently the Egyptian media reported proof that Obama is a Muslim Brotherhood member, and also posted an image of Obama as Satan.

Walid Shoebat is now reporting that Obama’s Brother (Malik Obama) is headed for Egypt’s Terror Watch List and reminds the readers of all the evidence mounting for his involvement with the Muslim Brotherhood.

Recall that the same IRS that stalled on processing paperwork for conservative groups, suddenly gave preferential treatment to Malik Obama’s charity, which is linked to a genocidal regime.

Several prominent Egyptian media sources are reporting that Malik Obama, half-brother to President Barack Obama is quickly becoming a person of interest in that country relative to his role with the Islamic Da’wa Organization (IDO) – based in bordering Sudan – and the larger Muslim Brotherhood umbrella group. Complaints have been filed with Egypt’s Prosecutor General that call for Malik to be put on Egypt’s terror watch list and brought in for questioning about his role in financing terrorism.

The following is a direct translation from an article from Youm7:

[…] Complaint No. 1761 for the year 2013 reported to the Attorney General asked the Egyptian High Court to consider the suspicious activity of a group called the Islamic Da’wa Organization (IDO), which is owned and managed by Malik Obama. The complaint also asks the court to bring in Malik Obama – a resident of the United States – to be questioned in regards to the terrorist groups in Egypt, whether by inciting or participating with or in any form of support punishable by law. It seeks permission to declare Obama a defendant in his right outside Egypt diplomatically, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the case of non-appearance and compliance for the investigation, the complainant requests monitoring [Mr. Obama] by including his name on all Egyptian airports and ports, and take the necessary legal steps.” {emphasis ours}

Senate Prepares to Desecrate Everything Patriotic Americans Hold Dear – War on Syria Vote May Occur on 9/11

I believe less in coincidences every day. It has come to my attention,  through reading an article by Pamela Geller, which the full Senate may be  voting  on Syria on September 11th. I am shaking right now. I have not been this  angry  in a long time.

The Daily Beast reports:  

Senate Democratic leadership tossed aside the rules for moving  legislation with regard to the resolution authorizing the use of military force  against Syria, angering some Republicans and creating confusion on Capitol Hill  in the run-up to the war vote.

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee narrowly approved a modified war  resolution Wednesday afternoon by vote of 10–7 with one member, Sen. Ed Markey  (D-MA), voting present. The committee’s action allows Senate Majority Leader  Harry Reid (D-NV) to bring the measure to the floor as early as Monday,  following a break for the Jewish holidays. That would allow a vote by  the full Senate as soon as Wednesday, giving the Senate a chance to  pass a war resolution before the House has a chance to craft and pass a  resolution of its own.  (Emphasis added)

Wednesday is the 12th  anniversary of 9/11. There is no guarantee that they will vote on that date  and truly the senate is expected to approve a war resolution no matter what  date  they pick, but can you even imagine the irony?

If the senate picks September 11th, 2013 to officially join Al Qaeda as  allies I can imagine of nothing lower that they could do. Let’s not forget that  it is not only the day of the 2001 attacks, but it also the day that Americans  died in Benghazi, Libya at the hands of Al Qaeda linked terrorists.
