The thing about a police state is that it tends to creep up on you. One day  you think the Bill of Rights is intact and the freedoms you take for granted are  intact, but the next day you find out that under the National Defense  Authorization Act (HR 1540), signed into law by President Obama on December 31,  2011, you can be arrested and detained without recourse to an attorney or the  courts.

HR 1540 kills the concept of Habeas Corpus by permitting the detention of  U.S. citizens without trial. In 2009 the National Emergency Centers Act, HR  645,  was introduced for the establishment of “internment camps.” I have  not been able to determine if it was passed and signed into law, nor have I  found any explanation why the Congress of the United States either passed or  even considered these laws.

Thanks to the Democrat Party, racial politics has become a full blown weapon.  As deconstructionists who wish to show America as being a racist nation so that they may better be able to put into place their own liberal agenda, the image of Trayvon Martin laying on the ground with a bullet in him has created a racial divide that is doing wonders for the liberal left agenda.

As race hustlers, who have made that case much larger for their own agenda, it is inevitable that the effects of the case will spill over into other issues, such as immigration.

Racial politics is a very destructive weapon, and the opponents of the U.S. Constitution are doing whatever they can to create an environment of rage in relation to race in America.  The “race card” tool is also one that the Left is using in regards to illegal immigration.  The issue of immigration, however, has little to do about immigration with these people as much as it has to do with changing America at its foundation, adding new voters to their cause, and betraying the Constitution of the United States.

Executive Order Accelerates Mandatory HIV Testing For All Citizens

President Barak Obama posted an executive order yesterday which appears to mandate HIV testing for “all individuals ages 15 to 65 years.”
The HIV Care Continuum Initiative claims responsibility for recent successes in the study of HIV but says “further Federal action is appropriate in response to these new developments.”
That federal action appears to be in the form of mandated HIV testing, and Obama seems to suggest that HIV testing will be free under the Affordable Care Act.
The Administration says mandatory testing is warranted because early detection is helpful to fighting HIV and, according to the executive order, twenty percent of people with HIV remain undiagnosed.

Politico’s Glenn Thrush reports that after President Obama won re-election, he tried to find out ways of pushing his second term agenda without the Republican-led Congress:

“Guys, I don’t want politics to be a limit of what you recommend to me,” Obama told senior aides David Plouffe, Lew, Dan Pfeiffer and Pete Rouse a couple of weeks after his reelection, according to a White House aide with direct knowledge of the meeting.

“Let’s come up with an agenda, then let’s figure it out from there as best we can,” he said, prodding them to adopt a more muscular approach to the use of executive power. “We can’t let the driving force of what we pass be Congress.”
