While many believe the “birthers” are “right wing extremists,” there is much evidence that demonstrates that Barack Hussein Obama is not only ineligible for office, but that he is knowingly a usurper to the highest office in the land. The Obama eligibility case is likely to be heard in a court room by a judge who questions Obama’s eligibility. Judge Roy Moore was elected chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court last November, a decade after he defied a federal order to remove a Ten Commandments monument from the state Supreme Court building. Attorney Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and now the head of Freedom Watch, is appealing to Moore’s court after the Montgomery Circuit Court dismissed the Obama eligibility case.

Uh-Oh: Chief Justice John Roberts Hit By Credit-Card Fraud
Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts has been the victim of credit-card fraud.
On Tuesday, the day of oral arguments over California’s same-sex marriage ban, Roberts was forced to pay for his morning Starbucks coffee in cash, the Washington Post first reported.
The chief justice told the cashier someone had gotten hold of his credit card numbers and he had to cancel the card.
A Supreme Court spokeswoman confirmed to the Associated Press that Roberts’ account numbers were breached, but provided no other details.
The last reported crime involving a member of the court was in May, when Justice Stephen Breyer’s Washington home was burglarized — just months after he was robbed by a machete-wielding intruder while at his vacation home in the Caribbean.
OBAMA BOOED AT ELITE 8 GAME…
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Nearly half of the crowd at Saturday’s Elite 8 game between Syracuse and Marquette at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. booed President Barack Obama when he was shown on the big screen with just over ten minutes to play in the first half. After the boos erupted, a contingency of Obama supporters countered with cheers.

An atheistic mentality and a long process of secularization gradually alienated the people from God and His moral laws. This led them away from truth and authentic liberty and facilitated the rise of tyranny.

US demands vote on United Nations arms trade treaty next week

The Obama administration is demanding that the U.N. General Assembly vote on an arms trade treaty opposed by the National Rifle Association (NRA) next week, abandoning its earlier insistence on consensus.
The conference drafting the text broke up Thursday afternoon without reaching a deal after North Korea (DPRK), Syria and Iran objected. The United States immediately joined 11 other countries demanding a vote in the General Assembly after the president of the conference delivers his report on Tuesday.

The moves of the U.S. imperialists to violate the sovereignty of the DPRK and encroach upon its supreme interests have entered an extremely grave phase. Under this situation, the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu, convened an urgent operation meeting on the performance of duty of the Strategic Rocket Force of the Korean People’s Army for firepower strike and finally examined and ratified a plan for firepower strike.
The important decision made by him is the declaration of a do-or-die battle to provide an epochal occasion for putting an end to the history of the long-standing showdown with the U.S. and opening a new era. It is also a last warning of justice served to the U.S., south Korean group and other anti-reunification hostile forces. The Obamas’ Unending Summer Vacation
A record-breaking 47.8 million Americans are on food stamps, an increase of about 1.3 million from a year earlier. The official unemployment rate is 7.7 percent, a number that obscures the reality that millions of Americans who have given up looking for work aren’t counted, and that the labor force participation rate of 63.6 percent measured in December 2012, is the lowest in 32 years. The national debt is $16.7 trillion and growing. White House tours have been cancelled due to sequestration. And amidst it all, Barack Obama and his family have taken four lavish vacations in three months.
Every president deserves time off. Yet the unabashed luxuriousness of the Obamas’ lifestyle reflects a genuine tone-deafness with regard to the pressing concerns of millions of Americans, as well as the president’s priorities. Even as he blamed sequestration for the decision to cancel White House tours that would have cost a total of $2 million for the rest of the year, it was revealed that the known cost of Obama’s Christmas vacation in Hawaii last year was at least $4 million. That vacation was also the fourth one taken in Hawaii in four years, three of which involved separate flights First Lady Michelle Obama took to get there ahead of her husband. This year’s separate flight, necessitated by the president’s trip back to Washington to complete the fiscal cliff deal before returning to Honolulu, cost taxpayers an additional $3.24, and ran the total tab for the 2012-13 trip to more than $7 million.
The total for the four trips combined? More than $20 million.
