The Judge refused to submit to Islamic law so ….. he’s off the case. He wasn’t impartial enough. Got that?
“Breaking news: Judge removed in Fort Hood shooting rampage case” Dallas News (thanks to Van) FORT HOOD — A military appeals court has thrown out a judge’s order to forcibly shave the Fort Hood shooting suspect and removed the judge from the case.The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces ruled Monday that Col. Gregory Gross didn’t appear impartial while presiding over the case of Maj. Nidal Hasan.
Hasan faces the death penalty if convicted in the 2009 shootings on the Texas Army post that killed 13 people and wounded more than two dozen.
Hasan appealed after Gross ordered that he must be clean-shaven or be forcibly shaved before the court-martial. Hasan says his beard is a requirement of his Muslim faith, but facial hair violates Army rules.
The appeals court says the command, not the judge, is responsible for enforcing grooming standards.

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WECT/AP) – One victim of the Fort Hood shooting spree is upset over Monday’s court decisions in the case of Major Nidal Hasan, the suspect in the massacre.
Kimberly Munley, the former civilian officer who was shot several times trying to stop the shooting, released a statement responding to rulings of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. The court on Monday ousted the judge from the case, ruling Col. Gregory Gross didn’t appear impartial while presiding over Maj. Hasan’s case. The court also threw out Col. Gross’ order that Hasan be forcibly shaved. Hasan says his beard is a requirement of his Muslim faith, but facial hair violates Army rules.
The appeals court says the command, not the judge, is responsible for enforcing grooming standards.

After Hasan is acquitted he’ll eventually be elected for a democrat senate seat. It really is getting that ridiculous.

This is such obscene bullshit!!!!! This is an American military trial, of a lump of camelshit that murdered American soldiers, on an American military base! Supposedly said lump of camelshit is still a member of the military, therefore is required to maintain military grooming standards, and this Judge is kicked off the case because he doesn’t suck up to pisslamic law? INSANE! This is what I borrowed from Lady Raven below. I guess this is how a reblog of a reblog gets proper accreditation.
Besides the fact that as a member of the military he is obligated to maintain grooming standards, if a judge requires a certain dress code and physical presentation then that is his perogative. It’s HIS courtroom. This is just more examples of how barry will step in to make sure his muslim buddies are taken careof.
Were it not for the fact that a complete dumbass of magnamous proportions would be second in line I would wish that someone would pop a fatal cap in this POS commander in chief’s ass!

I guess since they ruled this a work place accident and not an terrorist act, they can make up their own rules as they go along. You know, just like Obama.
Unfortunately, we are forced to look at it this way. HE DID stand up for what was right; and he will have NO LONGER BE IN DANGER;
and should he choose to, the man just wrote his own ticket by standing up for his ethics in any direction he chooses to go.
Then maybe it’s time we made up a few of our own.
