Barack Obama: The Anti-JFK

Flopping Aces

November 22 was the 47th anniversary of the assassination of John Fitzgerald Kennedy. I remember the day Kennedy died. I remember the next few days during which all TV was dedicated only to Kennedy’s death and funeral. I remember the funeral cortege. I remember the lighting of the Eternal Flame. It was all in black and white, which seemed darkly appropriate.

And today I think about how different Barack Obama is from JFK and how far Democrats have fallen- how much they have deteriorated since then.

Profiling Works

According to Wikipedia

The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures. The amendment specifically also requires search and arrest warrants be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution. Search and arrest should be limited in scope according to specific information supplied to the issuing court, usually by a law enforcement officer, who has sworn by it.

In Mapp v. Ohio, 367 U.S. 643 (1961), the Supreme Court ruled that the Fourth Amendment applies to the states by way of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The Supreme Court has also ruled that certain searches and seizures violated the Fourth Amendment even when a warrant was properly granted.

So now the government is saying they can search you without a warrant and some of you think that’s okay. Where is this going to end? Little by little our freedoms are being taken away and the terrorist are telling the government what to do. I know, you think I’ve lost it, but wait a minute. Wasn’t there a mad shoe bomber? Shortly after, we had to remove our shoes before getting on a plane. Then last year we had the underwear bomber, we now have x-ray scanners and body searches. Where is it going to end, or is it? Freedom of speech is being taken away because some member of Congress or Obama doesn’t like Fox News? Your guns are being taken away because the government is afraid you might fight back when you realize they have gone to far?

Remember the 9/11 hijackers? Can you pick out the 85-year-old grandmother, or the 3-year-old little boy, or the Nun? No you can’t. Everyone of them were Muslim men between the ages of 25-40. That is where our focus should be. If you are Muslim, if your name is Mohammed, or you just came from the Middle East, you’re going to be checked and searched. Is this profiling? Damn right it is and you know why people are afraid of it? Because it Works.

Gadsden Flag License Plates: A Nationwide Movement?

Right Side News
We are on a roll. The great resurgence of American patriotism fueled by the Tea Party revolt made its voice heard this November 2nd. Not only did the corrupt Democrat Congress suffer a big reversal, but more importantly, Republicans won the largest majority of state houses they have had since 1928, and made a net gain of ten governorships, now holding a majority of 29 to 18. This is critical to the redistricting that will determine Party control for the next ten years, and is a serious setback for the Left..  (see related DONT TREAD ON ME)
Tread-on-Me-License-PlateIn keeping with the Tea Party’s spirit of resistance and freedom, you may soon be able to express your defiance with a Gadsden Flag license plate. As reported first by Right Side News in October, the original idea was the brainchild of Virginia Tea Party group 912 Richmond. On October 14th Henrico County, Virginia, Delegate John O’Bannon proposed HB 1418 to make this plate official.
