Arizona and Colorado are reporting massive voter fraud perpetrated by the Marxist groups Mi Familia Vota and One Vote Arizona. Arizona State Senator Russell Pearce writes: “I also understand that these 2 groups have signed up 20,000 states wide and they have requested that 45,000 be put on the permanent early ballot. If 65% of these last minute registration forms in Yuma are invalid, which may be more as they are still checking the rest, then what is the percentages of invalid in Maricopa, Pima and other counties?”

Sheila Jackson Lee, who was seen inside the polling location electioneering and threatening to turn a poll-watcher’s name to the Department of Justice for voter intimidation.” Note: It appears that Michele Obama is not the only Marxist Democrat who is now allowed to illegally electioneer.

Kagan Sides With Murderer in First Supreme Court Vote

Justice Elena Kagan cast her first recorded vote on the Supreme Court late Tuesday, joining the liberals in dissent when the high court cleared the way for the execution of an Arizona murderer.

The 5-4 ruling overturned orders by a federal judge in Phoenix and the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco that had stopped the execution by lethal injection of Jeffrey Landrigan.

His lawyers, in a last-ditch appeal, had raised questions about one of the drugs used in the execution. Since the only U.S. manufacturer of sodium thiopental had suspended production, Arizona officials said they had obtained a supply of the drug from a British company.

A judge had put the execution on hold because she said she was “left to speculate” whether this drug was safe for its intended use.

But state lawyers appealed to the Supreme Court Tuesday, which lifted the judge’s order.

“There is no evidence in the record to suggest that the drug obtained from a foreign source is unsafe,” the justices said, and “speculation cannot substitute for evidence that the use of the drug is ‘sure or very likely to cause serious illness and needless suffering’.”

VA Man Arrested in DC Metro Terror Plot

A Virginia man has been arrested for conspiring with al-Qaeda to stage terror attacks mainly targeting Washington, D.C. metro stations.

Farooque Ahmed, 34, of Ashburn, VA, was arrested today by the FBI and charged with providing material support to terrorists and collecting information for a terrorist attack, Fox News reports.

Failure Shuts Down Squadron of Nuclear Missiles

Obama was briefed this morning on an engineering power failure at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming that took 50 nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), one-ninth of the U.S. missile stockpile, temporarily offline on Saturday.

The base is a main locus of the United States’ strategic nuclear forces. The 90th Missile Wing, headquartered there, controls 150 Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic nuclear missiles. They’re on full-time alert and are housed in a variety of bunkers across several states.
