Obama will now have his private army

Of course,  SEC. 430, Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps.  lists in detail the commissioned Regular Corps and Ready Reserve Corps that will be trained up,  fired up,  lined up and controlled by Obama himself.  Naturally the purpose for this army is to stand by in case they are needed at short notice for a national health emergency or emergency response missions.

The health bill talks specifically about their routine training,  appointment by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate, and other details of service.

The bottom line after reading the details of this section,  is that Obama now will have his private army he always wanted.  As Saul Alinsky or Hitler would teach,  hide behind an expected issue.  Shine a bright light over here so you can walk forward with your agenda over there.

It is about a Health emergency….isn’t that ok?

In the history of our country, have we ever had such a massive, national health emergency that we needed a militia/military reserve ready to pepper the country and control things?  No!!!

Katrina…..there was the blue cross,  FEMA,  the National Guard,  local police,  charities,  congress and other leadership responding to this disaster.  Mayor Ray Nagin and FEMA got much criticism about their organization and response time, but that seems to be typical with any disaster,  be it tornado,  attack or hurricane.  Organization and pace can always improve.  New Orleans needed a ton of things,  not,  a military force trumping and smothering the naturally, already in force health and enforcement channels.

The last flu season……I followed the H1N1 Swine flu drama from beginning to end.  I was amazed as to how a normal flu season, even milder at times than most other flu seasons,  (according to CDCs own tracking data on their web site) was described as practically a nuclear bomb on America’s people and children.  There was ridiculous talk of forced inoculations,  yet real science pointing out (I talked with a few of the research scientists on my show) the danger and lack of real study with the vaccines.  Many later and serious health problems were linked to some of the dirty ingredients in the vaccine.  This was at the very least a horribly manipulated event.

With the messiah now with a ‘health’ militia, will the next flu season be an even larger crises causing FORCED vaccinations for the good of the community, family and country?  Wouldn’t it be special,  a Stepford wives,  ACORN type Obamaton showing up at your door with a forced injection or else.  What a wonderful opportunity to manipulate a flu season for a premiere, national emergency, thus declaring Marshal law……oh yeah, being directed by Obama’s civilian militia.

The purpose in the Health care bill is listed as ‘routine public health and emergency response missions.’

As usual,  the description is vague and blurry enough that one wonders just what ‘routine public health’ issues are.  Remember Obama’s passion for abortion.  Some of his czars are abortion heroes.  John Holdren (Science Czar) even wrote about it being appropriate having ‘forced abortions’  and aborting a child up to age 2.  How do you do that since they have been alive for 2 years?  Do you push them in front of a train or mercifully inject them with poison?

Could this President some day declare a national population growth emergency and certain/controlled criteria for having children,  thus forcing abortions with some or worse?  He already has a sea of radical, abortion and control loving Stepford wives as his czars!  I pray and hope that something this absurd will never happen in America but with Obama’s actions and associations thus far…..watch very closely.

Another national emergency, needing Obama’s ‘health’ militia could be his troops coming to get our guns if we didn’t turn them in one day.  Of course, this again would be required of the people due to a contrived crises such as extreme growth of crime, terrorism or hiding behind a treaty of ‘gun control’ with the UN, thus having to enforce it.

Some of you think I’m a loon and a tin helmet hussy…..but consider this.  Hitler did the very same thing.  First he got elected in through seduction, lies and false promises.  The Nazis had blown up the German Government headquarters already to blame the communists so they could have the desperate people give up their guns when they demanded them.

Hitler created a huge fan base and distracted public.  Once Hitler’s Enabling act was voted in,  he quickly got total control over health care and the records.  Mentally ill and physically challenged kids and adults disappeared to ‘job and skill training camps’  where they were murdered.  Hitler trashed and took out all religious symbols from the schools and work places,  instituting Hitler’s photos everywhere and a required national greeting ‘Heil Hitler’ (Hail my leader).  It was the instituted control of a nation and worship of Hitler.  Obama also wants our worship and now he has a civilian military………….for crises of course.

We must hold our Government accountable and not allow ourselves to be taken over.  We can’t support violence in anyway but we must not be seduced when dictator type behavior is everywhere.  Focus behind the conservative, freedom loving candidate in your city and state!  Do more than talk over coffee.  You need to organize,  call,  fax,  march if need be and campaign.  We know that there will be voter fraud and manipulation like never before in November.  All conservatives and concerned citizens MUST vote this time.  Don’t fall into the self talk of ‘my vote won’t count anyway.’  If you don’t vote with your attitude and all,  the dead person and illegal alien down the street will.  Others will vote 20 times.  If we ALL vote we will win and correct this nightmare.

The way for us to secure our country is not to forget what has happened to the American people already with this unconstitutional Health care bill,  the destructive, Cap and Trade bill being backed by fraudulent science, and the push for amnesty for illegal aliens and their coveted votes.  It is not imagined.  It is not extreme right wing talk.  It is real.  We have voted in a tyrannical, socialist control freak who will continue to take control if we let him.

We must not play into Obama’s hands.  No violence…..obey the law and no threatening except to impeach,  repeal,  sue, march and vote him and this liberal congress out of office as soon as possible.  We then start the business of neutering, correcting and fixing our abused country, freedom and law!


Army ‘showdown’ at eligibility corral

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is the highest-ranking and first active-duty officer to refuse to obey orders based on President Obama’s eligibility.

A top-ranking, highly decorated officer in the U.S. Army says he’s now refusing all orders until President Barack Obama finally releases his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate to prove his eligibility to serve as commander in chief.

“I feel I have no choice but the distasteful one of inviting my own court martial,” said Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, an active-duty flight surgeon charged with caring for Army Chief of Staff Gen. George Casey’s pilots and air crew. “The Constitution matters. The truth matters.”

“For the first time in all my years of service to our great nation, and at great peril to my career and future, I am choosing to disobey what I believe are illegal orders, including an order to deploy to Afghanistan for my second tour of duty there. I will disobey my orders to deploy because I – and I believe all servicemen and women and the American people – deserve the truth about President Obama’s constitutional eligibility to the office of the presidency and the commander in chief.

“If he is ineligible, then my orders – and indeed all orders – are illegal because all orders have their origin with the commander in chief as handed down through the chain of command.”

In his video message now posted on YouTube, the 18-year veteran personally pleads with the president to stop withholding the key document which would put to rest many of the doubts that continue to linger more than a year into Obama’s term.

“President Obama, I ask you to respect and uphold the Constitution. Be transparent and show your honesty and integrity. Release your original, signed birth certificate, if you have one, thus proving your birth on American soil, and thus assure the American people that you are lawfully eligible to hold the office of the presidency and serve as commander in chief of the Armed Forces.”

Tea Parties just getting started

How far will they go in reviving the revolt of 1776?

The Tea Party movement is a healthy reminder that the United States began as a tax revolt.

From the 1765 Stamp Act Congress, when the American Colonists first called their representatives together to declare their “undoubted rights … that no taxes be imposed on them, but with their own consent,” to the Boston Tea Party eight years later, when the Sons of Liberty dumped a shipload of tea into the harbor rather than accept Britain’s right to tax that normally soothing commodity, the Founding Fathers militantly denied that “all the fruits of [the Colonists’] labour and industry may be taken from [them] whenever an avaricious governor and a rapacious council may incline to demand them,” as future chief justice John Jay put it in 1775.

After all, they reasoned as they took up arms against their king, government exists to protect “certain inherent rights … namely, the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety,” as George Mason summed up Lockean orthodoxy in Virginia’s Bill of Rights. Therefore, when a government invades rather than safeguards property through taxation without consent, it cancels its own legitimacy.

The Founders had no quarrel with citizen-sanctioned taxation, but in shaping their new government, they never forgot, as future president James Madison wrote, that “the apportionment of taxes on the various descriptions of property is an act which seems to require the most exact impartiality, yet there is perhaps no legislative act in which greater opportunity and temptation are given to a predominant party to trample on the rules of justice.” To forestall that danger – specifically, the danger that the propertyless majority would tyranically tax away the property of the minority – they constructed their beautiful governmental framework of limited and enumerated powers, with its checks and balances for extra restraint. Madison and his fellow Founders understood, long before Lord Acton, that “all men having power ought to be distrusted to a certain degree” – and nowhere more so than in the matter of taxes.

So, it was exhilarating to hear CNBC financial reporter Rick Santelli invoke these great doings of two centuries ago in his famous February 2009 outburst that gave birth to the Tea Party movement. Two days earlier, newly inaugurated President Obama had signed his $787 billion stimulus act, which taxpayers ultimately must finance and which went in part to keep bloated state and local governments from having to fire the unnecessary “swarms of officers” that “harass our people, and eat out their substance,” as the Declaration of Independence described King George’s tax-financed Colonial officials. The next day, Mr. Obama proposed a $75 billion mortgage-modification program to save sinking borrowers from foreclosure.

Why doesn’t the president have a referendum “to see if we really want to subsidize the losers’ mortgages?” Mr. Santelli demanded. Turning to the commodity traders behind him at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, he asked, “How many of you people want to pay for your neighbor’s mortgage, that has an extra bathroom and can’t pay their bills?” Discomfited by the roar of anti-bailout booing from the floor, Mr. Santelli’s New York anchorman warily observed, “These people are like putty in your hands.”

“No, they’re not,” Mr. Santelli countered. “This is America. Cuba used to have mansions and a relatively decent economy. They moved from the individual to the collective; now they’re driving ’54 Chevys – maybe the last great car to come out of Detroit. We’re thinking of having a Chicago Tea Party in July. I’m going to start organizing …. I tell you what, if you read our Founding Fathers, like Franklin and Jefferson – what we’re doing right now is making them roll over in their graves.”

In what other country could a TV reporter, without missing a beat, invoke his nation’s founding ideas – and on top of that, give rise almost instantly to hundreds of Tea Party groups with tens of thousands of members grounding their opposition to President Obama’s redistributionist program on a similar appeal to the Founders?

The signs at their rallies echo Madison’s contempt for such “improper or wicked project*” as “an abolition of debts” or “an equal division of property.” “Born free, taxed to death,” read one poster at a Wyoming Tea Party, while another proclaimed, “Obama aka Robbin’ Hood wants to steal from those who work to give handouts to those who won’t.” In Georgia, a Tea Partier flourished a placard that read “Free markets, not free loaders.” And everywhere appeared signs saying “Honor the Constitution” or “We are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights.”

What unifies the many Tea Partiers interviewed on the PJTV Web site – mostly middle-class, conservative whites, often older than 60, with a strong sprinkling of military veterans, small-business owners, independent voters and young people among them – is their fear that the president’s various Great Recession bailouts, along with his government takeover of health care, will change America from the limited-government, individualistic, free-enterprise regime that the Founders created to a statist, big-government regime that will curb liberty in the name of redistributionist “fairness” and will burden their children and grandchildren with impoverishing public debt.

“Every step the government takes, takes us further away from the Constitution and toward big government,” said a young Marine veteran at a Florida Tea Party.

“We want the government just to leave us alone, let us live our own lives,” said a Texas Tea Partier before government-controlled health care passed. “I’ve got three businesses, two of them barely hanging on because of all this crap. Got one doing well because it’s local. If they pass health care, you can write off four more unemployed people, because I won’t be able to pay them. You can’t keep taking our rights away.”

Summing up a universal Tea Party sentiment, Freerepublic.com founder Jim Robinson said at a Georgia rally, “I would like to see this country go back to the Constitution – get rid of all this socialism.” Mainstream journalists have pounced on this idea. What big-government programs would he like to eliminate, interviewer Charlie Rose demanded of former House majority leader Dick Armey, a Tea Party ally. Medicare? Social Security? Gotcha!

The New York Times triumphantly quoted the discomfited ambivalence of 30-year-old Keli Carender, organizer of the first Tea Party, about Medicare and Medicaid. “Some days I’m very Randian. I feel like there shouldn’t be any of those programs,” she said. “Sometimes I think, well, maybe it really should be just state, and there should be no federal part in it at all.” But these journalists don’t understand that to the Tea Partiers, saying that we’ve already replaced the Founders’ limited government with a medium-sized welfare state is no argument for scaling it up to a European-sized one. As one sign asked of health care nationalizer Mr. Obama at a Wyoming Tea Party, “Medicare is going broke, Medicaid is going broke, and you want us to believe what?”

Like any grass-roots revolt, starting with the Colonial Committees of Correspondence, the Tea Party movement begins with a resounding “No!” As one sign commenting on the president’s health care takeover phrased it, “Ram it down our throats, and we’ll shove it up your” and here followed a picture of a bucking Democratic donkey. The “no” is remarkably sweeping, too. Spluttered a well-coiffed, well-mannered lady of retirement age in Texas, “We have been very angry – I love President [George W.] Bush, but he kept spending money, money, money.”

Passionate, fast-expanding and armed with all the latest electronic technology that Mr. Obama deployed so brilliantly in his campaign – Facebook, Twitter, Meetup.com and so on – the Tea Partiers surely will influence candidate selections and electoral races this year and in 2012. The question is, how fully will they embrace the radicalism of their own radically American creed?
