CONFIRMED: US Benghazi SEALs Had Laser Capability and Waited Five Hours For Air Support… But It Never Came

Gateway Pundit

The US SEALs had laser capability and for 5 hours and 15 minutes were wondering when the air support would show up. But it never came. Obama never made the order.

Tyrone Woods begged for air support on 9-11 before his death. It never came.

Facebook Closes Down SEALs to Shield Obama

Benghazigate

Moonbattery

In case you are short on reasons to dislike Facebook:

Over the weekend, Facebook took down a message by the Special Operations Speaks PAC (SOS) which highlighted the fact that Obama denied backup to the forces being overrun in Benghazi.

The SEAL meme demonstrating that Obama relied on the SEALs when he was finally ready to give his so-called “gutsy call” but then denied them backup in Benghazi was posted by Larry Ward, who explains:

Petraeus on Benghazi: It Wasn’t Me

Breitbart

Central Intelligence Agency director David Petraeus has emphatically denied that he or anyone else at the CIA refused assistance to the former Navy SEALs who requested it three times as terrorists attacked the U.S. consulate in Benghazi on the night of Sep. 11. The Weekly Standard and ABC News report that Petraeus’s denial effectively implicates President Barack Obama, since a refusal to assist “would have been a presidential decision.”

Why does President Obama take so much credit for killing Bin Laden?

Texas Billboard: “The SEALS Removed One Threat To America. Remove The Other In November”

“The SEALS removed one threat to America. Remove the other in November,” reads a controversial billboard currently on display along I-35 in North Texas.

Anti-Obama Navy SEAL leader: I’m a Birther

By Josh Rogin @ Foreign Policy

President Barack Obama is a socialist, was raised by communists, and wasn’t born in the United States, according to the former Navy SEAL who founded the group Special Operations Speaks (SOS), which aims to portray Obama as anti-military in this election season.
Earlier this week, a different group of former Navy SEALS calling themselves the Special Operations OPSEC Education Fund rolled out its campaign to criticize Obama for leaking national security information and taking what it believes as undue credit for the killing of Osama bin Laden. That group claims to be non-political.

Former Navy SEAL Lets Obama Have It

Obama’s shameless attempt to hog the glory of Osama bin Laden’s demise is not playing well with former Navy SEAL Benjamin Smith, who unloads on the Gutsy Caller in Chief:

Allen West To Obama: “Please Stop With The Bin Laden Line, Navy SEALs Double-Tapped That Rascal”…

Weasel Zippers

Love it.

Via Allen West/Facebook:

I agree with President Obama that he does not bluff, he prefers apologizing. Simply stated, talk is cheap when dealing with despots, dictators, autocrats, and theocrats. PM Netanyahu understands his neighborhood and we should defer to a former Israeli Commando on matters such as this instead of a community organizer.

I appreciate President Obama’s desire to seem tough but so far it has only resulted in the expansion of radical Islamist dominance in the middle east. And please stop with the Osama Bin Laden line, US Navy SEALS double-tapped that rascal.

The Danger That The Obama Administration Poses To America

Western Journalism

During World War II, posters displaying the slogan “Loose lips might sink ships” reminded service members and civilians alike to avoid indiscreet discussions about secure information that could be exploited by the enemy and used against America during wartime. People understood that freedom of speech did not give them license to spill their guts because national security was vital to victory and victory was paramount to America’s survival.

But that was then. Today, we have an administration that embraces a “Loose Lips For Political Expediency” philosophy. (No, I’m not talking about Vice President Biden.) Case in point: A headline I read the other day titled “SEALs becoming [the] face of Obama’s defense strategy.” Say, what?

Mission Unnecessary?

National Journal

There are growing indications that the U.S. military should never have launched the ill-fated helicopter mission that sent 38 U.S. and Afghan troops crashing to their deaths in eastern Afghanistan.

The military initially said that the troops — including 22 Navy SEALs — who died on Saturday were on their way to rescue a contingent of Army Rangers who were pinned down by insurgents, only to drop that account on Wednesday. Now officials say the troops were sent to apprehend fleeing militants, a far lower-level mission that could have been carried out by smaller numbers of conventional forces. The Rangers had been sent to Wardak Province, a violent and sparsely-populated region of the country, in pursuit of a local Taliban commander thought to control a small network of local fighters.
