It’s Time to Hang the Elected Traitors in Washington with Their Own Legislation

Freedom Outpost

In US. vs. Castleman, decided March 28, 2014, the US Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the Bill of Rights is no longer “Declaratory and Restrictive Clauses.” They are judicially now perceived as “privileges.” A “privilege” can be revoked for the slightest of legislative causes, but a “Right” that is “Forever Inviolate” We the People no longer have.

Before its ratification, it was insisted upon that a Preamble be written thereto. (Please notice that the “bill” is singular; not plural!) The Preamble states:

“Studied” Censorship

Family Security Matters

Stealth treason by usurping the Constitution. Stealth surrender to Iran. Stealth indoctrination of children in schools. Stealth fascism. Stealth amnesty. Stealth wealth distribution. Stealth health care.

Stealth censorship. It’s all of a piece in the name of domestic tranquility. Its feasibility must be “studied.” The nation must be made “safe” from provocative words.  If that means shutting up anyone who offends with his words, and preventing projected or hypothetical or imaginary violence, so be it.

It won’t be called “censorship.” It will be called the enforcement of “responsible speech.” “Irresponsible” speech must be codified into the criminal law and punished.

Americans Have Lost VIRTUALLY ALL of Our Constitutional Rights

How Many Constitutional Freedoms Have We Lost?

This post explains the liberties guaranteed in the Bill of Rights – the first 10 amendments to the United States Constitution – and provides a scorecard on the extent of the loss of each right.  (This is an updated version of an essay we wrote in February.  Unfortunately, a lot of information has come out since then.)

American People to Barack Obama on Gun Control: “Our Eyes Are Wide Open!”

Freedom Outpost

“Don’t tread on me.”

–The Gadsden Flag

As the gun control issue rages on – and rest assured, friends, it is raging  on – gun-grabbing criminals tell one contrived or fabricated lie after another,  acting under the guise of representing the people while they continue down the  road of pushing their illegal agenda “forward” in the face of the American  people.

If it is not Gabby Giffords receiving  three illegal contributions through Americans for Responsible Solutions PAC  (which amounts to $15,250), why, then it is Barack Hussein Obama  attempting to give over control to the United  Nations through illegal and unconstitutional means.

Why is Barack attempting to circumvent “We the People”? Because the American  people stood up and shouted out, “Our eyes are wide open!”

Are Foreign Troops Given Authority To Enforce The UN Small Arms Trade Treaty On US Soil?

Freedom Outpost

As Barack Obama prepares to sign the United Nation’s Small  Arms Treaty when Congress concludes its summer session, some have wondered  whether or not it gives authority to use foreign troops on US soil to enforce  the treaty.

If you wish to understand just what is entailed in the Arms Trade Treaty  (ATT), you need look no further than Article 15 of the treaty (Click  here for a downloadable PDF or click here for the online version).  Article 15 reads:

Obama Supporters Sign Petition to Repeal the BILL OF RIGHTS

What If Obama Signs the UN Arms Trade Treaty?

Freedom Outpost

The UN Arms Treaty is again, rising to the surface. The latest version was  finalized this past March 2013.

It needs to be clearly understood that the United States does not need the  UN. So one might reasonably ask, what is the purpose of America signing any of  the UN-sponsored treaties?

When any country signs onto a UN treaty, that country effectively gives up a  some sovereignty by placing itself under the auspices of the United Nations. In  effect then, certain laws of a particular country could eventually become  infringed or entirely canceled out because of that position.

One Hundred Articles of Impeachment Against Obama

Know the Lies

There is a growing groundswell within American Republican and Tea  Party ranks that impeachment proceedings should be initiated against  President Obama on a whole list of violations of the Constitution and  the War Powers Act. ~ Peter Paton

Congressmen Allen West of Florida (R-Florida) and Darrell Issa (R- California) have consistently and loudly criticized the president for  overstepping the political mark and bypassing Congress’s approval on a  whole range of dubious policies and issues: and the recent Obama attack  on the Supreme Court of Justice and the Russian ” Open Mic ” gaffe on  National Security, leads to one question…

Is Barack Obama making his own case for impeachment? Obama did not become the Democratic nominee for  President without the help of several leaders of the Democratic Party  who knew that he was not eligible for office

Listed below are the One Hundred Articles of Impeachment.

Obama: Constitution ‘Constrains’ Me

CNS News

In his  pursuit of overarching gun control legislation in the aftermath of the  Sandy Hook massacre, President Barack Obama has been dogged. He’s been  relentless. He’s been demagogic, too, whether flanking himself with  schoolchildren (the implication being that his political opponents don’t  care about dead kids) or suggesting that if just one life can be saved  by his legislation, we ought to buy into it wholeheartedly (a  proposition that would justify almost any sort of government overreach).

But  on Wednesday, President Obama took his gun control push a step further:  He admitted that only the Constitution stands between him and full gun  confiscation.
