Today’s proceedings generally were about the Natural Born Citizen clause of the Constitution, and more specifically about Obama’s eligibility to be on Georgia’s 2012 Presidential Election state ballot. Three separate challenges were made to said eligibility, including one by “birther” rock star Orly Taitz. It is safe to say that history was made today.

Big shocker: Obama did not even show up today. Guess he was too busy campaigning in Nevada and Colorado for his re-election bid. Heck, he didn’t even bother to send his attorney Mr. Michael Jablonski to deliver the necessary documents to the courthouse. But apparently, a lot of concerned Americans did show up, as the Atlanta courthouse was crowded.

To recap what has happened with this case during the past few weeks, Mr. Jablonski has tried very hard to stop this case one way or another. First he attempted to have the case dismissed, then he said it simply was not relevant to the president, then he argued that as the law stands the states do not actually have the power to determine who appears on their individual ballots (yeah, and the Pope is a Muslim), and finally said that his client was simply too preoccupied with his responsibilities as President to give a damn about the case. In short, he found himself continually having to change the story of his client.

However, the Georgia court rejected every one and all of these excuses. Just yesterday, Mr. Jablonski sent out a letter to the secretary of state in which he declared that the case was simply not to be heard and that he and his client would effectively boycott these proceedings. Hours later, Mr. Brian Kemp, Secretary of the Great State of Georgia, responded by saying that Obama and Jablonski were free to not show up at court but would nevertheless be doing so at their own peril.

Of course, Mr. Kemp is wrong since Obama is the president, right? Shouldn’t he be above the law? I mean, it is pretty likely that someone like you or I would get away with behaving like them if we were subpoenaed to appear in court, right?

Court was in session at 9 am sharp; proceedings began with the judge meeting privately with all attorneys associated with the case (you know, at least those who  showed up) for more than twenty minutes. According to various sources, he told them that since Obama was not present that he would be issuing a default judgment in their favor; he also initially wanted to end the case right then and there. However, the attorneys insisted on holding speedy hearings in which witnesses could testify and evidence would be entered into the court’s records. The judge honored their request.

Much of the evidence presented in court today was obtained with the help of several Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Among evidence entered into the court’s records: Obama’s digital “birth certificate” placed on the whitehouse.gov website, his father’s place of birth (Kenya), a few pages from Obama’s memoir “Dreams From My Father” in which he mentions that his father’s passport had been revoked (and subsequently could not leave Kenya”, and Immigration Services documents about Obama Sr.

Van Irion, one of the attorneys went into more detail about the Natural Born Citizen clause of the Constitution, citing the decision reached in the 1875 US Supreme Court Minor vs. Happersett. Using visual aids and copies of the Court’s decision, Mr. Irion distinguishes the term “citizen” from “natural born citizen.” It is explained that the 14th Amendment does not change the meaning of a natural born citizen, and that any and all lower court verdicts do not conflict with that specific Supreme Court ruling.

What one should take away from this specific testimony, if not the proceedings in general, is that a natural born citizen has two parents who also citizens of the United States at the time of said citizen’s birth. As Obama Sr. was clearly NOT an American citizen, the case can clearly be made that our president, constitutionally speaking, is not eligible to serve as our president.

Among those who testified was a former law enforcement officer, a state-licensed PI, and an IT/PhotoShop expert. They have concluded that Obama has likely engaged in social security fraud, that his father is NOT an American citizen, and that the official birth certificate released by the Obama Administration in April is fake, beyond a reasonable doubt.

All evidence and testimony has been officially entered into court records. This leaves the door open for similar cases pending or future cases to be brought in other states as well. Also, any appeal (if one is even possible in this case) would have to be based on evidence presented by the lawyers in each case. Plaintiff Carl Swenson said in an e-mail to supporters that both “Van Irion (another plaintiff) and my lawyer Mark Hatfield made certain that our cases and evidence in these two cases would be closed so as not to be affiliated, in any way, with ‘Birther’ Orly Taitz.”

What everyone is awaiting now from the judge is an official publishing of today’s ruling, again a default judgment for the plaintiffs. Swenson says “we won” and that it is now “time for the rest of the States to take my lead and duplicate this effort.”

One question every American should be asking themselves now that these eligbility proceedings in Georgia are over is simply: “who the hell is this guy?”

Although obvious, it is important to note that not even the slightest mention of these proceedings will be heard in the mainstream liberal media. And this is for good reason; they obviously want to protect their guy Obama. When his administration’s lackeys vocally attacked Fox News in 2009, viewership of Fox News did not go down; it skyrocketed. Likewise, if the media tries to attack Orly Taitz, these witnesses, or anyone else associated with these proceedings, the so-called “birther” movement will only get stronger.

In short, the “birthers,” who have been ridiculed if not ignored by the media and much of the American public for the past three years, have officially been vindicated today.

Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.

The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.

Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.

Classified U.S. government information was found in the cells of high-value detainees at the Guantanamo Bay military prison that houses the world’s most dangerous terrorists, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ).

The alarming revelation comes just days after lawyers for an al-Qaeda operative—USS Cole bomber Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri—jailed at the facility tried convincing a military judge that monitoring detainees’ mail violates attorney-client privilege. Judicial Watch covered the pretrial hearing at the U.S. Naval station in Cuba last week.

Ironically, a large portion of the two-day proceedings involved security measures put in place to ensure that contraband does not make it into the facility that houses 171 prisoners. Attorneys for al-Nashiri argued at length to convince the military tribunal judge hearing the case, Army Colonel James Pohl, that al-Nashiri’s mail not be monitored. The admiral (David Woods) who runs the prison took the stand to explain that detainees’ legal mail is promptly marked after being identified and not read to preserve attorney-client privilege.

This was not satisfactory to al-Nashiri’s extensive legal team or the leftwing civil rights groups that attended the hearing in a top security courtroom built to try terrorists. Most mainstream media outlets were also critical of the screening process, which military officials say is necessary to intercept contraband before it gets in the hands of the prisoners.

Supporting the argument is this week’s DOJ announcement that an agent with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has been criminally charged for repeatedly leaking classified information, including the identities of covert agency operatives involved in the capture and interrogation of terrorists. Some of the materials were actually seized from the cells of Guantanamo detainees, according to the DOJ.

The disgraced CIA officer (John Kiriakou) divulged the classified information to journalists who, in turn, disclosed it to an investigator working for the taxpayer-funded defense team of an incarcerated terrorist. Authorities subsequently found some of the files, including photographs of certain government employees and contractors, in the cells of high-value detainees at the military prison.

The nation appears to be catching on to the fact that they were duped by the Democrat National Convention (DNC), through dissembling and deceit, nominating a candidate that was not eligible to be on the 2008 presidential ballot. The forcesthat worked to keep the fraud concealed are now using the entire power of all branches of the federal government to keep a never-vetted and unqualified putative president in office by whatever means necessary.

There are 9 types of citizen in the United States. “U.S. Citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” do not equate, yet liberal propagandists “dumb-downed” Americans through the decades to believe both types of citizenships are the same. It has been a deliberate plan to marginalize and/or silence the Article II, Section 2.5 Constitutionalists by calling them “birthers” and “racists.” The majority of Americans believe one only needs to be born in the United States to run for president. This misconception is the handiwork of anti-American entities who have worked diligently to shred the Constitution and usher in a different form of government.

All eyes and ears will be focused on an Atlanta courtroom on January 26, 2012 to see if Barack Hussein Obama will appear as a private citizen and prove his eligibility to be on the state ballot as compelled by subpoenas issued by Administrative Judge Michael Malihi. Obama’s counsel in Atlanta, Michael Jablonski, filed a Motion to Dismiss attorney Orly Taitz’s challenge to Obama’s eligibility to be on the Georgia ballot, and for the first time in three years, a judge denied an Obama request/motion in a court of law and the case moved forward. Then Obama’s counsel filed a request to quash the subpoena compelling Obama to attend the hearing complaining that [His] duties as president of the United States would be interrupted and that the subpoena was, “on its face, unreasonable.” Ironically, the motion was filed the day after Obama sang a solo at a fundraiser at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem. Again, request DENIED.

Contrary to popular opinion, Obama’s eligibility to be president has never been heard on merit in a court of law. Until now, all lawsuits filed against Obama had been dismissed for “no standing” or “wrong jurisdiction.” The decisions came from federal judges under the auspices of Eric Holder’s Justice department and Elena Kagan, Obama’s pre-election counsel and now, of course, sitting Supreme Court Justice.

There are many of us ‘birthers’ living in fear because we never fell for what we knew was brain-washing and propaganda being fed to the American people for generations. But we ‘birthers’ never forgot the words of a letter dated 25 July 1787 from John Jay to General George Washington as the Constitution was being drafted: “Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of foreigners into the administration of our national Government, and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolved on, any but a natural born Citizen.”

On January 26th, 2012, will Obama again defy the will of the American people and maintain his status quo of living above the law, or will we, the Article II Constitutionalists, have our day in court? Judge Malihi will consider the Supreme Court ruling in Minor vs. Happersett establishing the definition of ‘natural born Citizen’ as born in the United States of parents who are themselves United States citizens. The ruling is binding precedent as to the Constitutional definition of a natural born Citizen. Constitutional attorney Mario Apuzzo at puzo1.blogspot.com in my opinion has the most consistent and well-documented papers on the eligibility issue where I suggest is the place to go to for back up.

Obama is also compelled to produce his historic documents including but not limited to his birth certificate, adoption papers, and Indonesian school records. Should he not comply with the subpoena to appear or present his papers, he will lose anyway because his name will not be put on the Georgia State ballot, and the plaintiffs in the three cases to be heard will submit evidence of Obama’s deception and fraud not the least of which is lying on his application to the Illinois Bar. In the space asking for other names used by the applicant, Obama entered “none.” Add to this his use of a Connecticut social security number that was never issued to him and fails the E-Verify check. Intriguingly, the social security number is shared by a Harrison J. Bounell from Connecticut, long since deceased but at one time a roomer/tenant in a home owned by the Robinson family. Now that’s just too speculative, too coincidental to be Michelle Robinson Obama’s Connecticut relatives. But then there’s the selective service record that ties to the social security number but is so fraught with anomalies that taken with the recent problems of a suspicious “Frankenstein” document posted on the WhiteHouse.gov website on April 27, 2011, the whole business reeks of ineptitude or is it deliberate subversive activity.

I for one will be all eyes and ears on January 26. A decision one way or another will help me in my plan to form a coalition of Oklahoma Ballot Challengers to take our case to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. We have been rebuffed by gatekeeper “Fran” on the election board [who says we have to be a presidential candidate from Oklahoma to file a complaint], by the Attorney General’s office (who will only take cases from the FBI and the FBI that says “Its been settled”), and by our own Sen. Tom Coburn who says “Its a non-issue” as well as Sen. James Inhofe who says “Its a non issue” but co-sponsored a bill to change the definition of natural born Citizen to mean born anywhere as long as one parent is a citizen. Thank God and the wisdom of our founding fathers the bill failed as did the other eight or so attempts in Congress between 2004-2008 during Obama’s rise to political power.

In the decade which has followed the taking of 3000 American lives by Muslim terrorists, Washington politicians have done more damage to our Constitution and posed a greater threat to the rights and liberty of the American people than could have been conceived of or accomplished by all the Muslims in all the backward, barbaric, Islamic regimes of the world.

After 9/11, the American people were interested in two things—getting even and making certain it didn’t happen again.

So, on September 14^th, members of Congress issued a “Joint Resolution for the Use of Military Force,” authorizing the President to “…use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed or aided the terrorist attacks…”

And, beginning with George Bush and continuing through the 3 years of Barack Obama, the language of this Resolution has been employed to arm the President of the United States with powers so threatening to the God given and Constitutional rights of the American people as to have already been either strictly limited or clearly denied the Chief Executive by existing legislation–existing legislation which is being ignored.

George Bush and Barack Obama have utilized “Warrantless Surveillance, ” tapping into communications of American citizens suspected of being in league with al Qaeda. In 2001 the Patriot Act was passed, “…dramatically reducing restrictions on law enforcement’s……ability to search telephone, email communications, medical, financial and other records.”

On New Year’s Eve, Barack Obama signed into law legislation enabling him to incarcerate for an indefinite period any American citizen he considers a terrorist threat to the United States. This National Defense Authorization Act gives such prisoners no right to view the evidence or charges against them, no right to counsel, and no right to a speedy trial before their peers. Though guaranteed all citizens by the 6^th Amendment, these rights are vacated by this Act.

Legislation is now making its way through Congress which would provide the president authority to revoke the citizenship of any American he believes either to have engaged in “hostilities” against the US, or to be a supporter of those who have.

In short, our rights and liberty are being eagerly swallowed whole by DC politicians in the name of protecting the nation from terrorism. And make no mistake, both Democrats and Republicans are signing on to these overreaching abuses of federal authority with little regard for the Constitutional treachery being exercised.

Many are undoubtedly greedy for the power such dangerous legislation affords the Washington ruling elite. Others give these measures their approval in order to avoid accusations of being “soft on terrorism.”

Either way, how do we the people stop and reverse the disintegration of our rights and the bastardization of the Constitution? “In questions of power, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution,” wrote Thomas Jefferson of those who would be foolish enough to consider “their” president to be above the improper use of unlimited power. (3)

But when elected officials refuse to BE bound by the Constitution, what recourse is left the American public?

The Founders would undoubtedly be both shocked and dismayed that the American people have yet to make good use of the 2^nd Amendment rights these great men were so careful to reaffirm in our Constitution.

Two Kenyan Hospitals Now Claim Obama’s Birth!

Another Kenyan Birth Certificate Surfaces!!

A  video was released on Jan 20, 2012 by   KenyanBornObamAcorn entitled “Explosive NEW EVIDENCE on Obama’s Birth Place ~ Could this be Obama’s REAL Birth Certificate?”    It  shows another birth certificate that was discovered for Barack Obama.  This one claims he was born at King George VI Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya. The author of the video believes that the other copy of an  Obama  birth certificate showing Barack Obama was born at Coast Province Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya acquired by Lucas Smith  is also an original and authentic.  The theory is that Barack was moved from one hospital to the other making both Kenyan birth certificates valid and genuine.

I found another Kenyan Birth Certificate and I’m thinking the reason there are 2 Kenyan BC’s is because I believe Obama’s mother first went to the Coast Province General Hospital, because it was right near the beach, but was later moved to another hospital closer to where the Obama’s lived.

I think that the NEXT birth certificate contains the hospital where Obama and his mother were moved.  This could explain the two birth certificates and would also explain the two stories by Obama’s grandmother and the mystery commenter named “Kitau”.

Still wondering why there are two hospitals listed, anyone have a better suggestion?

I  transcribed the letter and created a screen shot of the correspondence from a woman called Kitau from Kenya.  In it she  states her birth certificate is identical to the one Orly has.  It is assumed she is talking about the one that  Lucas Smith found and sent to all of our Congressmen.     It is unknown who Kitau is corresponding with, but she states that Orly has a verifiable birth certificate for Obama.   The content of the letter  is amazing and quite convincing.    The emphasis is mine.   (Click to enlarge screen shots.)

I happen to be Kenyan.  I was born 1 month before Obama at Mombasa medical center.  I am a teacher here at the MM Shaw Primary School in Kenya.

I compared my birth certificate to the one that has been put on by Taitz and mine is exactly the same.  I even have the same registrar and format.  The type is identical.

I am by nature a skeptical person.  I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven.

So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web.  They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. 

There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavender‘s name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964.  The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the “copy” of  the original was ordered.

I stress the word “copy.”

My copy also has republic of Kenya.

So what you say is true about Kenya not being a republic at the time of Obama’s birth, however it was a republic when the copy was ordered.

The birth certificate is genuine.  I assure you it will be authenticated by a forensic auditor. 

We are very proud Obama was born here.

We have a shrine for him and there are many people who remember his birth here as he had a white mother. They are being interviewed now by one of your media outlets.

Fortunately they even have picture of his parents with him immediately after his birth at the Mombasa hospital with the hospital in the background.  It will be a proud day for us when it is proven that he was born here and a Kenyan became the most powerful man in the world.

Did you know that  between November 20 and December 2 of 2008, thirteen separate Hawaiian hospitals were contacted to determine if Obama had been born at their hospital.   They were asked  if Ann Dunham had been a patient or  if Barack Obama was born at their facility.    Not one hospital claimed Ann or Barack as ever having been patients.   Ann died of cancer.  Where was she hospitalized?

Obama himself couldn’t decide if he was born at Queen’s Hospital or Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu, and neither could his half-sister, Maya.   The only place that documents  Obama was born in Honolulu is the DOH, and it seems they are willing to go to jail for him.

BuzzFeed asks whether Kesler Dufrene might not become Barack Obama’s Willie Horton. Nothing about Dufrene’s story reflects well on U.S. officials:

When burglar Kesler Dufrene became a twice-convicted felon in 2006, a Bradenton judge shipped him to prison for five years. And because of his convictions, an immigration judge ordered Dufrene deported to his native Haiti.

That never happened.

Instead, when Dufrene’s state prison term was up, Miami immigration authorities in October 2010 released him from custody. Two months later, North Miami police say, he slaughtered three people, including a 15-year-old girl …

DNA on a rifle found inside the house and cellphone tracking technology later linked Dufrene to the Jan. 2, 2011, slayings.

But North Miami detectives never got to interrogate him. Just 18 days after the murders, Dufrene shot and killed himself when he was cornered by Manatee County sheriff’s deputies in Bradenton after an unrelated break-in and shooting there. …

The failure to deport Dufrene infuriates the victims’ family members. “This guy shouldn’t have been in America,” said Audrey Hansack, 37, who moved back to her native Nicaragua after the murder of her daughter Ashley Chow. “I’m so upset with the whole situation. Because of immigration, my daughter is not alive.”

So, what was the deal? Why was Dufrene never deported? Because of the January 2010 earthquake in Haiti, the Obama administration issued a temporary moratorium on all deportations to the island nation. That decision had at least some validity: Haiti was in a state of emergency and the Haitian government had reduced capabilities to ensure the security of Haitian society as a whole.

The more troubling issue here is that Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials couldn’t detain Dufrene until deportations to Haiti resumed. A pair of Supreme Court rulings in 2001 and 2005 specify that foreign nationals who cannot be deported may not be detained for more than six months. While those rulings make sense in the abstract, they make less sense when applied in a case like Dufrene’s. He was a twice-convicted felon whom ICE officials surely could not have been confident releasing. Surely some kind of an exception could have been invoked here, right? If not, this story is another bleak reminder that overregulation often leads to the underutilization of personal judgment and common sense.

At any rate, the chilling quote from Ms. Hansack serves as a powerful reminder that immigration policy and its enforcement or lack thereof has real and painful consequences.

For  the past forty years the mainstream media has become increasingly liberal and  more overt in promoting the policies of the Democratic Party.  This  evolutionary process reached its zenith in 2008 when the media were instrumental  in Barack Obama being elected President.   Many journalists dropped  any pretense of objectivity and became not only cheerleaders but active de facto  members of the campaign.   What has their loyalty and prostration  achieved for the journalism community?   During the past two decades  no other sector of the economy has  experienced such overwhelming financial and employment  devastation.

Yet  the vast majority of the media do not understand why theirs is a declining and  failing business model.  They are still in denial and cannot accept the  reality of the marketplace, as their actions have prompted the American public  to lose all confidence in their objectivity and integrity.

The  2012 election season has begun and this same media finds itself in the position  of having to defend and reinforce the man they chose to sleep with.    They have willingly opted to do exactly that.   The mainstream media  is systematically pulling out all the stops to destroy any and all viable  Republican challengers in an undeclared but understood alliance with the Obama  re-election machine.

Rather  than objectively analyze the folly of the Obama class warfare strategy and its  potential to undermine and destroy societal cohesion, the mainstream media has  trumpeted and encouraged this divisive and dangerous strategy.     The Occupy Wall Street movement, conceived by Friends of Obama  and  encouraged by the White House, as well as blessed by many in the media, was  intended to further reinforce the war against the rich and redirect the anger  and blame for all of America’s woes away from the statist policies of the Obama  regime.   Mitt Romney, who since last summer has been the presumptive  opponent to oppose Obama, is in the process of being cast as the capitalist  villain in this stage production.

Herman  Cain was destroyed by unproven and salacious allegations of sexual  harassment.   Michele Bachmann was portrayed as wild-eyed and unstable  religious fanatic, and Rick Perry was painted as an ignorant, incoherent and  unreliable cowboy from Texas.   Characterizations that would never be  applied to any Democratic candidate.

When  it comes to Newt Gingrich there is no ethical barrier too high for the media to  tear down in an attempt to marginalize him.   Now the specter of an  acknowledged bitter ex-wife being given access to a national stage two days  before a crucial primary vote in order to vent her side of an emotional and  vitriolic divorce saga is considered acceptable, as well as any innuendo or  accusation created out of whole cloth.   A scenario that would never  be contemplated were Newt a liberal Democrat.

What  has this loyalty to progressive group-think and the Democratic Party wrought for  the members of this once-proud profession?   The landscape of the once  mighty journalism community is one of utter devastation.

Since  2001 American newsrooms have lost more than 25 per cent of their full time  journalists resulting in a level of employment not seen since the  mid-1970′s.   Just since 2007 over 14,000 have lost their jobs.

Among  other examples of this decline and fall are:

The  New York Times Company, often considered the bellwether of the national media,  has reduced its labor force by 47% (6,600 jobs) since 2000.  The average  daily circulation for the Times has dropped by over 21% (234,000 readers) during  the same period.  The Company has been liquidating as many assets as possible in order to stay afloat; they now have  few viable assets left to sell and will soon be facing bankruptcy

The  Washington Post, the other most influential newspaper in the country, has seen  its average daily circulation drop by 33% (263,000 readers) since 2000.   More devastating has been the plummet in print advertising revenue which has  dropped by over 60% since 2000.  They too have made major  reductions in their labor force.

Among  the largest chains of newspapers in the country, the McClatchy Company has  experienced a similar downturn.  Since acquiring the Knight-Ridder chain in  2006, the Company has seen its average daily circulation decline from 2.84  million readers to 2.05 (a drop of 28% in only four years).  Many of the  individual papers within the group have resorted to massive layoffs and selling  assets as not only circulation but ad  revenue  has dropped precipitously.

The  Gannet family of newspapers (the largest in the country) has lost over 2 million  in paid circulation since 2000 (28%) while their ad revenue has dropped by 48%.

Since  2000 total U.S. newspaper circulation has fallen by nearly 11  million readers with no end to this freefall in  sight.

The  traditional news magazines (Time, Newsweek and US News & World Report) have  experienced even more devastating results since 2000.  Their readership has declined by over 3.6 million (40%).  Advertising revenue  has dropped by nearly 70%.  A clear indicator of the demise of this media  sector is the sale of Newsweek by the Washington Post Company for $1.00.

The  three network evening news broadcasts have suffered a similar fate.  Since 1991 they have lost 12.6 million  viewers (34%).

In  an attempt to offset the drastic decline in their core businesses all the  various media companies have made a late foray into the internet; however the  revenue generated by that sector does not begin to make up for the ongoing  financial hemorrhaging.

The  mainstream media is first and foremost a business.  Like any business it  must generate revenue, pay its bills and make a profit for its  shareholders.  To produce income it must attract customers (advertisers and  subscribers) to buy its product (the news as well as viewers or readers).   Based on the results over the past ten years it is obvious that the product the  mainstream media is promoting is not selling.

Rather  than understanding the basics of the free market and how capitalism has enabled  many of the old guard in the mainstream media to live extremely comfortable  lives, the most important and fashionable matter for the vast majority of the  journalism community has been to be part of the in-crowd, which requires little  independence of thought or even the ability to generate an original  thought.

Thus  many in the media are still caught up in the old paradigm of good versus evil  wherein conservatives are evil and liberals are good.   Despite the  fact that many have experienced or know of others in their profession with  first-hand knowledge of layoffs, salary reductions and virtually no job  prospects, they never seem to ask why or what will the future be for their  chosen profession much less the country as a whole.

A  cursory examination of history reveals the catastrophic failure of nations  composed of a massive central government siphoning off the wealth of the people  in order to reward those the governing regime deems to be acceptable.  The  media is never among the chosen; in fact it is often the first profession to be  marginalized.

Yet  like so many on the Left, a majority of the members of the mainstream media are  incapable of recognizing their error in blindly supporting the liberal/socialist agenda over the  years.  Regardless of the evidence at hand, either historic or  contemporary, their egos and narcissism so dominate their psyche that admitting  a mistake is tantamount to the apocalypse.  Thus they appear willing to  sacrifice their own future and standard of living by actively campaigning for  Obama’s re-election rather than honestly report on the lies and machinations of  this regime and their devastating impact on future generations.  The only  outcome the media has guaranteed is the continued decline and degradation of  their once noble profession.

The Obama Administration defended TSA today for detaining Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) at the Nashville airport this morning.  White House Press Secretary Jay Carney “I think it is absolutely essential that we take necessary actions to ensure that air travel is safe.”

Keeping America safe… By detaining Republican Senators?

The Hill reported:

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said Monday that he didn’t have any reaction to Paul’s comment about “police state.”

But Carney sided with the TSA saying, “I think it is absolutely essential that we take necessary actions to ensure that air travel is safe.”

Rep. Paul, who is one of four remaining Republican candidates for president, disagreed Monday afternoon. Paul said after he confirmed the incident involving Sen. Paul on his Twitter page that it showed why the TSA should be eliminated.

“The police state in this country is growing out of control,” the elder Paul said in a statement released by his presidential campaign.

Ron Paul also reacted to his son’s detention today by the TSA.  The Texas Congressman said the “police state” is growing out of control.
