This will guaranty that Obama cannot win re-election… without fraud.
The UN doesn’t make law in this country and treaties do not trump the 2nd amendment.
At best they are only stoking the embers of a coming revolution.
Hate to say it Angry Patriot, but if the Treaty does get passed it will trump the second amendment.
Right from Article IV of the Constitution
“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
So if the treaty is passed it can and will affect the second amendment. Amendments can be struck down and overwritten by legislation. So this treaty could effectively destroy the second amendment.
Sad day for America if it happens.
Liberty is Key, I am familiar with Article IV. It states explicitly regarding the Constitution, “and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made…” The phrase “in pursuance thereof” renders any treaty contrary to the Constitution, and therefore the 2nd amendment, a conflict.
Americans also have the authority to abolish the government: “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.”
Since Barry is Un-Constitutional, and Congress knows it, the Constitution means nothing to him. He has given aid. to terrorist, he has violated several parts of the Bill of Rights and the list continues. Congress does nothing and the media covers for him. Half the people are asleep collecting their monthly checks and food stamps and the other half are confused. DHS already says that anyone who flys an American Flag and believes in the Constitution should be considered domestic terrorist.
