Federal prosecutors say 34-year-old Andrew Cheever of Lowell was sentenced Wednesday to three years and five months behind bars and two years of probation. He was also ordered to read victim impact statements of six children depicted in the pornography he collected.
He pleaded guilty in December.
Authorities say Cheever had thousands of child pornography images and videos on his home computer and made them available on the Internet using peer-to-peer file sharing software.
Cheever was a security checkpoint screener at Logan International Airport until he was taken into custody in September.
He no longer works for the TSA.

TSA = total sexual assault.
TSA employees are given license to molest at will and therefore the position will naturally attract pedophiles, sexual deviants, and sordid miscreants.
We will see more of this in the future if citizen journalists are allowed to do their jobs. The mainstream media will of course be mute.
I am sure that there has been a large mistake and obama will corret this by reserving this deviate his job with the TSA when he is done serving his partial sentence! This has to be, for he is the self proclaimed supporter of the Homosexuals,perverts and criminals of all forms!~ Who knows he may even have his sentence commuted as just a misunderstanding! Then releasing him to continue with his duties as usual!!!!!!
Actually? This is pretty typical. ANYTIME, there is a job dealing with being “THE authority figure” over children, older people; and even like TSA where the employee has “power and control”over another human being?
It attracts the pervert who wants employment when he/she is in a position to fondle and/or have control over another human being.
That is why child molesters are found in employment with children;
A women’s shelter also attracts those who have abused and those who have BEEN abused.
The perpetrator of all forms of inappropriate behavior towards other human beings will be found where they have the Most ACCESS.
